- "Unfortunately, the pool was closed and we are unsure why because we want to take our 10-month-old daughter to the pool for the first time however the bed was rather hard but for a brand new property that’s been open for a little over a month. This property is fantastic. I do hope that they keep it up. Keep pest control going. Keep dust down. - "We chose Friendly City as a stopover driving from Boston to Atlanta and could not have been more delighted. The innkeeper was lovely, the room was very comfortable with everything you might need from hairdryer to iron and ironing board. Fresh chocolate chip cookies on arrival, great dining recommendations, and a lovely historic Inn to learn about. As we were leaving early in the morning and would not be able to stay for breakfast the Innkeeper offered to have breakfast to go for us, and it was delicious! The most amazing thing was that my daughter inadvertantly left a treasured stuffed animal. The Innkeeper offered to ship it to our destination which stopped the tears and made one girl very very happy. We highly recommend the Inn!"
