- "This property is a dream!" - "Stayed for new years and had a great stay! The facility is brand new with immaculate attention to detail and design. Property: Common rooms with kitchen amenities were great. The staff put out snacks for the evening (kettle corn and cookies) and set up a nice breakfast in the morning (ham, eggs, pastries, coffee, and fresh juice). The farm is beautiful and can see the cows and animals from property and rooms, also have walking trails. On clear days you can see my hood (we didn’t see as it was cloudy). Room: great space, pictures don’t do justice. Comfy beds (sheets could be a bit softer but we’re still nice). Tea and coffee were included as well as local snacks which was delicious. View from room is relaxing and gorgeous, little oasis bunker. Area. Carlton is a nearby by town with restaurants and bars (ate at earth and sea which was good). Also 15 from McMinnville, go check out the owners sister restaurant Humble Spirt which as fantastic. All in all a great stay and will return. "

Ruth's Cottage offers a large queen bedroom with a vintage four-poster bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The home's TV lounge room offers a Roku streaming device and an attached half bathroom. An additional double sofa sleeper is available to host up to two more guests. Best for children or one adult. When the Cottage is booked for four guests, we make up the sofa bed and provide additional towels, and amenities for all toenjoy.

The Cottage comes equipped with a washer and dryer that is available for guest use. We welcome guests traveling with up to two small dogs. The extremely private backyard is a lovely space to retreat to on those warm summer evenings. Now offering a new Weber propane BBQ and patio set in the summer of 2021!

Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.

I would definitely recommend this property for 2 couples, or 2 friends. I will be planning to stay again. Plus communication was very easy from the get go and the host continued to check in through out our stay which was nice. I live in Portland area so didn’t need as much guidance but if I was from out of town this would have been a great addition. Thank you for letting us stay. We can’t wait to come back."

The kitchen is well laid out with an island and we also have a well stocked wine fridge. Although in the heart of town, Carlton is a quiet place and you feel like time has slowed down here.
