- "Maxine is a wonderful host. She is so helpful and friendly. The place is very close to transit (bus/train) and walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Being able to wake up to the view of the water was probably my favourite thing. It was a great place relax and recharge. The bedroom had blackout curtains which made a big difference. The people are so friendly and it felt very safe, especially travelling on my own. On Thursdays there is a small farmers market in the parking lot close by. My favourite was a local company (Krazi Baker) who bakes fresh bread but they run out very quick so you need to go early. Overall it was exactly the vacation I needed!"
