I am Elena, your host and I warmly welcome you to my holiday accommodation. This object can shine with a fantastic view of the nearby beach (approx. 3 km). Especially in the evening it is very nice to be able to see the lights sparkling and to watch the sea.
The apartment has two entrances, on the ground floor we find a small kitchenette, a beautiful fireplace and a small living room. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where we have a main bedroom with a large bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet baht. Here we have the option of sleeping up to 4 people. Because it is a renovated old building apartment, it is pleasantly cool in summer, where you can also take shelter from the strong midday sun. The apartment is fully furnished.
We are in the Cilento in the Campania region where significant parts of the area have been declared a national park and UNESCO World Heritage. To the north we find Paestum (approx. 40 km), the beautiful Amalfi coast (approx. 100 km), and Pompei (approx. 100 km). To the south we can find the world famous beach of Palinuro (about 48 km). You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. The pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive and lemon trees. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of Casal Velino and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first bedroom. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of Casal Velino and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker.
