As we enter our fourth year of hosting we welcome you to come spend some time at Cypress Cove. We work hard to offer a clean, comfortable, well maintained home for your family to enjoy. The house was remodeled to better suit a Vrbo clientele and all of our travelers have found it clean and charming.
Centrally located to multiple attractions. Dollywood, Smokey Mountains, Ocoee River Rafting, Lee University, Ramble Creek and Howe Farm wedding venues. Tri-State Exhibition center as well as close by Chattanooga attractions.
2 bedrooms with King beds, 3rd bedroom with two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, screen deck, fire pit, Cypress Grove joins the property. Walking distance to the Hiwassee River and Charleston city park with nice playground, covered pavilion and walking trails. Charleston Heritage Center, with in depth exhibits pertaining to the Trail of Tears and the Civil War, is also within walking distance. All new bed and bath linens furnished. There are a couple streets nearby that cross the train tracks and the train does blow a horn before crossing. How often this happens varies greatly. We have purchase a couple of white noise machines for the King bedrooms. If you are a light sleeper and that horn is bothersome, hopefully those will make your night more peaceful. Nice little community.

Very quiet, except for when train came through a few times a day. The house was comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to cook a few meals while we were there. Backyard was beautiful and screened patio nice to sit in. The hosts had games, TVs in every room, good instructions about the house, info about the area, and a nice goody welcome basket. Charleston Manor is a large 2 story farmhouse that is located at the foothills of the Smokey Mountains. Built in the late 1800's you will think Rhett Butler is coming down the stairs. The spacious front porch is ideal for sipping tea or relaxing and reading a book. There is a bonus room downstairs where an air mattress can be put if needed. It's a cozy room with a fireplace, TV and stereo. Downstairs is a large room with a gorgeous chandelier. Great for small gatherings.
With easy access from I-75, CM sits on 15 lush acres with a barn and pond. We are pet friendly and encourage owners to bring their fur babies. I do recommend keeping all pets on a leash. I would be sad if your pet wandered off. We live near historic Charleston, so there are trains that travel through frequently. We are about 15 minutes to Cleveland, Tn. and 30 minutes to the Ocoee River. There are many outdoor activities at the Ocoee and Hiwassee rivers. Cleveland has many tasty restaurants to choose from.
Charleston Manor is also an event venue, which is separate from VRBO. All parties/events must be preapproved, and a separate fee is required. I need to know this several days ahead of the event.

After a nice drive down a picturesque country road you can get settled in our three bedroom two bath cozy basement apartment. The master bedroom has a well appointed queen size bed with an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed situated right across from the second bathroom. The third bedroom has been made into a comfortable den with a flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, and chairs. There is a full sized kitchen including a Keurig Coffee maker, and a small dinning area. For the safety and security of all guests, two outdoor security cameras have been installed on the property. One is mounted on the back corner of the house and points toward the backyard and patio. Another is at the front porch entrance of our home. In the event of a security situation, the camera can be used to look back and view recorded video.

This suite is complete with a queen bed, full sized kitchen including a Keurig Coffee maker, dining area, sitting area, bathroom with a beautiful tile shower, and a wall mounted TV that swivels so it can be viewed from the bed or the sofa! And, in case you want to remain at least somewhat connected with the outside world, we made sure to include good quality Internet access! Everything one or two people need to live in complete cozy comfort can be found here. NO CLEANING FEES!

In addition to the unit itself, our lodge has an upstairs work space, and a full lobby downstairs - a great place to hang out with others in your group or perhaps to meet new friends.

The space
This is a nature lodge located on 225 on the Hiwassee River! This is one of our hotel suite units that is perfect for a wonderful private getaway! The inside has been completely renovated with the outside almost complete as we finish the siding and paint. You will also have access to the lobby and hallway area if you need a little time to work. While you are here you can enjoy trails, fishing, basketball, animals and even disc golf! So take some time to get away and rest!

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This camper allows for all of the conveniences of home while giving you an awesome glamping experience near boating, fishing and serene country woods fireside- All while being only a few minutes down the road from shopping and restaurants in Cleveland! This camper boasts a main bedroom with king size bed, bunk room that sleep 3 & a spacious living area with room for two more people to sleep! Come experience the fun and relaxation for yourself!

A short gravel driveway leads to the rv where you can park a few cars directly behind it. A lock box on the stairs houses the key for your stay. You have access to the entire property including the fire pit, front yard area and the driveway that continues up into the woods. There is also a hiking trail marked by pink paint that takes you all of the way up the mountain. The trail is very uphill and strenuous but you might see some deer and can take a look at the nearby river through the trees!

The master is setup with a king size bed, closet and dresser. The bunk room can be setup for 1-3 people to sleep and All bedding is provided in the wardrobe next to the tv so you can decide how to set it up best to suit your needs.
The bathroom has a full shower with a shallow bathtub for littles, toilet and sink with storage cabinet. The last section of the rv is the open concept kitchen/dinette and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, microwave, stove, sink, cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, coffee pot and a few seasonings and coffee. The rv is equipped with a water filter on the water line but we like to bring bottled water for drinking purposes.
The living room has two couches(one that turns into a bed) and a fireplace/heater combo for those chilly nights and a smart tv and internet for all of your entertainment needs.

The outside of the rv is equipped with a grill, a storage compartment filled with yard toys, grilling accessories, bug spray, sunscreen and a fire pit! (Firewood not provided) We hope you can enjoy this relaxing retreat just like we do!

There are many things to do in the area! Just 3 minutes away is a marina (B&B Marina) where you can rent a boat for the day or store your own boat and enjoy a nice dinner by the river. If you’re into night life they also offer live music on the weekends. The Hiwassee is famous for all of its fishing opportunities and is right up the road from our RV. Want to watch a movie or have many choices for restaurants and stores? Just head 10 mins down the road to Cleveland or a few more to Chattanooga or Knoxville. The famous Ocoee river for whitewater rafting and all the hiking you could ever want is just 30 minutes away.
Want a hometown dining experience? In Cleveland, visit “The Rebel” it offers a great diner breakfast and lunch experience that’s been in Cleveland for over 60 years. Or Willie’s Smokehouse, a BBQ joint that’s been around for over 40! Let them know you’re staying at the RV and receive $10 off your bill!!

Our peaceful haven provides an ideal base camp for business or a family getaway. Enjoy the private deck & backyard nestled on the north end of town. Our ~1,200 sq ft 2 BR 1.5 bath sleeps 5 with 1 king bed, 1 queen, & 1 comfy sofa with all bedding provided. Rooms are large & spacious. The king BR has a full size desk for work or games. A full kitchen provides full sized appliances, along with pots, pans, cooking utensils & serving essentials. . Our place boasts amenities you’d enjoy at a luxury hotel. Close to rivers, Lee U, Wacker, OCI and other area attractions. We offer a quiet neighborhood with chirping birds and wooded areas. It is a great place for a walk or a bike ride. TV in LR with high speed WiFi provided along with Roku with Netflix, Hulu, & Disney+ on us.
