This cozy renovated fishing retreat has lots of windows to view the beautiful lake from every room . The yard is fenced in and has six Adirondack chairs surrounding a large fire pit. There is also a comfy front porch with a large sofa and two arm chairs to view the sunsets. Inside, There are 2 queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. Amenities include WiFi and Smart TV.
Our swim dock and boat house are designed for optimal lake enjoyment.The top of the boat house has a dining table and two sofas, and an umbrella to allow sun protection. The swim dock below is also equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We have recently added two paddle boards for our guest’s enjoyment.
Rental rates are as posted on VRBO. There are discounts for extended stays.
During the summer months we require a week long rental with check in/check out on Sundays. Special rates and check ins apply to major holidays as well.
Minimum Nights Stay varies based on the season from 2 nights in the off season to 7 nights with a Sunday check in/check out date in the summer (see the calendar for available dates). The weekly rental requirement during the summer helps cut down on the wear and tear so we hope you understand.

Outside you will find 8 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, 1 grill (charcoal), fire pit and small waterfall with a porch.

The tiny house is located on our lil farm property and tucked neatly behind another home. It is conveniently located right off Highway 76 West and surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. Simplify and come see what nature has to offer. Note: this is a tiny house not a presidential suite and it can get a little cozy! Also, this tiny house is located on our property and is about 30 feet behind another home and we live at the back of the property along with another tiny house we rent. The hot tub for this property is not shared with other guests and a curtain is provided that can be pulled for added privacy. The porch to the waterfall is a shared area. Our rustic cabin is located in a peaceful, airy setting! It has front and back screened porches for additional living/dining space. And brand new central HVAC! Recently updated, this cabin has all of the creature comforts you need while enjoying nature and the laid-back mountain life. The WiFi is strong for streaming and WiFi calling. Surrounded by lovely mountains, this cabin has a relatively flat lot.
We are across the street from Lake Burton, so we are close to the water. Access to the lake can be found at the local marinas and publicly at Moccasin Creek State Park as well as the Timpson Cove Beach.
Our cabin is a 2 bedroom/2 bath (both baths on the main floor) with the second bedroom being a large sleeping loft that accommodates an additional 4. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep and have a "ladder" feel to them.
There is a TV in the great room and another in the master bedroom. Both are able to connect through Roku if you have an account for Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video/etc. YouTubeTV and Frndly are signed in and ready for you to use.
No pets please.
The neighbors are super friendly, but will leave you alone for privacy. And we are just a text or message away if you need anything.
