The Love Shack will accommodate two adults comfortably. We have one queen size automatically adjustable bed with a memory foam mattress. We also provide a heated mattress pad! There is a small futon couch to enjoy the view of the patio through the double French doors. This is a remodeled studio with free WiFi, SmartTV, Alexa device, device charging station, Netflix, Pandora, YouTubeTV, Bluetooth speaker, K-Cup coffee maker, iron, luggage racks, ample closet, AC and Heater, ceiling fan, 2 TV trays, a designated workspace, and a beautiful covered patio with a propane gas outdoor fireplace, as well as a lookout from the top of our property. The owners live on this NONSMOKING gated property and are nearby in case of any needs. If you are planning on attending the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, we are only minutes away and have a great location for all the fiesta fun. We are also only a short drive away from the Intel Park and Ride for the fiesta and it is strongly recommended if you will be attending ANY of the fiesta events. Beautiful, well appointed home with fantastic views out the back, of the city lights and the mountains. This home sits on a short, cul-de-sac street, very private and quiet. It also has a 2.5 mile walking trail just behind it, that runs along the bluff, overlooking Corrales and the City and mountains. You will be in the heart of Rio Rancho, just blocks away from groceries, shopping and restaurants. Albuquerque and Corrales are just down the hill. The house is equipped with SmartTV's and WIFI. Open floor plan where the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are away from the master. This is our 4th home, we have other's in the area, please inquire. Long-term rentals are welcome. Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We really enjoyed all of the greenery from cottonwoods in the neighborhood. Walking distance to good restaurants, galleries, bars etc. Also was very quiet at night. The house is gorgeous. The highlights for us were the outdoor and indoor kitchens. One suggestion would be to upgrade and/or sharpen the kitchen knives. Also, the closet sliding doors had come off the tracks and we couldn’t put them back on. But still five stars."

Welcome to your spacious family retreat! Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. This custom adobe sits on an acre not far from local shops, breweries, wineries, and the Rio Grande River. Privacy and leisure abound in the large yard! With a park like setting and plenty of seating for everyone, you will love enjoying the views on the back patio. The balcony is the perfect place to sneak away from the group and enjoy the views. Come inside and enjoy one of the three kiva fireplaces. The property itself is amazing in a stunningly beautiful location with views of the Sandia mountains turning red at sunset. I was pleased to find the kitchen excellently equipped - including coffee beans & grinder as well as an array of delicious teas. It is just off the main road through Corrales with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and brewery. We live only 25 minutes drive from the property, but it made our daughter's wedding in Corrales feel like a destination wedding! I would highly recommend and hope to visit there again myself!"

We have four large king bedrooms. One of the rooms has twin bunk beds. Three of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. We also have four rollaway beds and two room screens that we use to delineate private spaces for the rollaways. So please do inquire if you have more than 10 people. Because there are two full kitchens, the house nicely and easily divides into space for two families if that is your group situation.
Several in our family have different allergies, thus the no pet policy, but again, please reach out if this is a dealbreaker for you and we can talk about possible arrangements for your furry family members. Unfortunately we are a solid 'no' regarding cats to which we are all allergic.
It's hard to describe the feeling of walking into this house. There is a timelessness to the space that makes you stop and absorb it. Our adobe seamlessly fuses the past and present: salvaged treasures, century-old stained glass, and ancient tiles, but with modern comforts. The "blazing fast" WiFi (~100-300Mbps) through our mesh network makes this a good remote work space; make use of workstations featuring monitors, indulge in a smart TV with surround sound for effortless streaming. We are transitioning to all LED lighting many of the lamps are touch-activated. Reverse osmosis water taps are available at each kitchen sink. Carbon monoxide and smoke monitors are in place, and we ask that you unplug indoor security cameras during your stay.
Relaxation awaits with essential toiletries, games, a brick patio fire pit, and coffee for your use. You will have seasonal comfort via our swamp coolers in summer and furnace and gas stoves in winter.
Although the house is an easy walk to a grocery store and restaurants, and a short drive to the charming Village of Corrales, you will hear and see the New Mexico wildlife within and beyond our adobe walls, oh and donkeys, too. Great horned owls in the early morning. This cherished adobe home built by my father, his brothers, and many friends who laid adobes, weaves a narrative of generations into stories told around the house via QR links. The dining table seats 10, the great room "picture window" frames the view of Sandia Peak. The thick adobe walls cocoon you in comfort and tranquility, a tribute to ancestral traditions.
The entirety of our expansive >4000 square foot house is yours to enjoy, featuring entrances and parking on both the north and south sides, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and two kitchens. The large yard, complete with a grill and fire pit and ongoing development, offers private outdoor space for you to unwind.
Remember, we don't have a dishwasher yet, so we ask that you leave dishes clean. We do provide paper plates and bowls if the dishwashing is daunting. Please care for our septic tanks by using the trash for food scraps. We prefer not to add a cleaning fee, instead we ask that you collect all of your used linens for the cleaning crew at the end of your stay.
One of the shuttles for the International Balloon Fiesta departs from the Cottonwood Mall, which is 2 miles from the house. We also have seven bicycles available for your use; the balloon fiesta park bike depot is 5 miles from the house. The balloons themselves frequently float right over the house if you prefer to stay away from the crowd.

Other things to note
- No dishwasher available; please leave dishes clean and in the drainer during checkout. Glasses should be rinsed with reverse osmosis water to avoid water spots due to hard well water.
- Septic tanks require special care: only flush TP and human waste, and dispose of food scraps in the trash (no disposal).
- When you check out, please collect used linens into one of our designated turquoise laundry bags for the cleaning crew.
- Cooling: We use a swamp cooler, not a conventional air conditioner. Directions for operation are in the house notebook.
- TV: Smart TV with available apps; log in to access listed apps. Over a hundred Xfinity channels are accessible without login.

This beautiful home is located in the very heart of the Village of Corrales. The view to the luscious landscaping can be viewed from every window. The master bedroom has a private patio. Tons of natural light with the floor to ceiling windows in the living room along with the three 8ft french doors that lead to the patio. You can enjoy listening to the music from the nearby park during Grower's Market and the Corrales Harvest Festival and enjoy the drifting balloons during Balloon Fiesta all from your covered patio. This is one of the oldest homes in Corrales and has been lovingly renovated throughout the years. This is an absolute must see.

La Casita is a cozy, private studio space with a queen bed and a separate bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meals. There is a loveseat, dining table with two chairs, desk, hangers and a dresser. Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beautiful Casita In The Village Of Corrales!
Welcome to our newest studio suite sitting in the beloved Village of Corrales. This beautiful casita sits on large property where the home owners also reside. You will have your own parking right next door to your casita as well as a private entrance with an electronic lock.
Enjoy your own space to relax with a functional living room and flat-screen TV, queen size bed and full size kitchen and bathroom. Also included for your comfort in mind is a full size washer and dryer!
Please note the casita has a small water heater under the kitchen sink and is only capable of heating enough water for one water sourse to be ran at once. For example, you wouldnt be able to run the dishwasher and shower at the same time in a comfortable temperature.
Located in Corrales, you'd have a short drive to all the hottest shopping and eating spots that the North West side has to offer. Due to its location we are only able to offer 30 night + bookings. Discover the comfort and convenience and book your stay today!

- Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please adhere to our check out time as our housekeepers have a very busy schedule and will need to get started right away to ensure the home is in perfect condition for our next guest as it was for you.
- For an additional fee of $100 per hour, we can arrange for a later check-out time of 12:00 or 1:00 pm. Please contact our guest services team to check on availability. If a later check-out is needed please contact us at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- Property Management will do a walk-through of the unit after your departure to ensure that there has been no damage to the unit, or any property left behind. If you would prefer to be present during the walk-through, please let our office know at least 24 hours prior to departure. If you depart without being present during our walk-through, we will inform you of the damage and work with you to have the appropriate amount deducted from your security deposit, and/or charged to your credit card on file, whichever is appropriate.
Contact and Billing Information:
As is standard practice in any accommodation, we require a valid credit card matching the reservation holder's name, address, phone number, email, and license plate information for any vehicles kept on the property, and copies of driver's licenses for all guest's ages 18 or above to be on file before access is granted to any unit. This information is required both for your safety, the safety of our staff and in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all indoor areas within the property, no exceptions. If a smoking violation occurs in a unit, the guest will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy:
Dogs and/or cats are allowed at our pet-friendly properties. All pets joining a guest on their stay need to be approved by management prior to bookings. This assists the staff in planning to provide furniture covers for couches prior to the Guest stay, as well as ensuring all animals on property meet standard requirements.
Pet Requirements:
- Dogs must be house broken and non barking.
- Cats must be spayed or neutered, house trained and you must supply your own scratching post.
- All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and management reserves the right to request proof of
inoculation and/or vaccinations prior to confirming the reservation.
If your pet meets the requirements above and has been approved by Property Management, a $75 per pet non-refundable fee, and a $100 per pet refundable deposit will be added to your reservation. We also ask that you refrain from allowing your dog onto any of the beds or furniture. Certified service animals are exempt from the non-refundable pet fee and deposit. Please review the items listed below that will result in a reduction of return of the pet deposit.

Transfers:
Requests for transfers from one property to another property will be accommodated where possible. If the property transferred to carries a lower rental amount, the rental amount for the current property shall still apply, unless the Property transferring from can be re-rented for the same time period at the same rate. A $50 administrative fee shall apply to all guest requested transfers, including transfers within the same building or unit.
Cancellation Policy for Guests Who Completed Direct Booking: For guests who have booked directly with The M Resorts (not through a third party site) who wish to cancel a reservation that has already begun, no refund will be given unless we are able to rebook any or all nights of the reservation for the nightly rate that was rebooked for. Only nights rebooked will be eligible for a refund, any nights that remain unbooked will not be refunded. If the guest chooses to cancel their reservation 60 days prior to the start of their reservation, the guest is eligible for a full refund of the reservation. If the guest chooses to cancel their reservation 30 days prior to the start of their reservation, the guest is eligible for a refund of half of their reservation amount.
Cancellation Policy for Guests Who Booked Through A Third Party Site: Third party site cancellation policies will supersede internal cancellation policies if they differ. In the event the third party site allows for Owner determination of cancellation policies, the “Direct Booking” cancellation policy identified above shall apply.
Damage Deposit:
Guests will be required to put a minimum of $500 down for a damage deposit if the stay is 29 nights or more. If the length of the stay is over 60 nights the deposit shall equal one month’s rent if paid in full at the time of the reservation. If the guest elects to split deposit payments over a 4 month period, the deposit amount shall equal 125% of the monthly rent. Deposit amounts are determined on a property basis, as well as other determining factors such as number of guests, pets, and length of stay. Guests will receive an itemized list within 7 days of the conclusion of their stay indicating any items deducted from the security deposit prior to deposit refund. For reservations of less than 28 nights, a valid Credit Card matching the reservation holder's name must be kept on file for incidental charges, including smoking inside the property, excessive cleaning needs, unauthorized pets, or any other damage occurring at the property, inside and out.
Cleaning & Property Inspections:
All guests are expected to maintain the property in broom-clean condition during their stay. If the property is left in such a condition that requires more cleaning than what is considered a reasonable standard, an additional fee will be charged to your credit card depending on the work required to return the property to the condition in which it was presented. Should your occupancy be 60 days or longer, the guest will be required to accommodate a monthly safety inspection by the Property Management Staff every 30 days. The Property Management Staff will provide at least 48 hours written notice of this inspection and the Guest can elect to be present for the inspection;

Here is a lovely apartment on an acre in a very desirable area of Albuquerque, the Village of Corrales. In town, but feels like country. You get a large 1br with the most comfortable queen bed and a futon in the sitting room. The kitchenette has all your needs for small meals, an induction hot plate, large microwave, keureg, instant hot water pot and much more. Free WiFi of course, and a washer/dryer on premesis. You have a separate entrance from your private patio with a hot tub and BBQ!
Albuquerque has such an abundance of great restaurants, shopping at local boutiques, a lively Old Town with outdoor concerts many evenings, and a great music scene. Santa Fe, that historic town is just an hour away, with easy freeway access. Taos is about 2 hours away. We have 25 or so mature cottonwood trees on our property creating a park-like atmosphere.
The hot air balloons often land within a few yards of our house and the flight path is right over our house most of the time. Our primary intent behind this listing is to rent our house during balloon fiesta week. Arrive and departure dates are flexible as we will be in our Aspen condo during this time.
Our house is set up with a large master bedroom and new bathroom just finished in September of 2024 with a king size bed. There is a dedicated closet in the master for our guests. Our guest room has a queen bed and a closet with no clothes in it as well as an empty dresser. The bathroom is a few steps down the hall for the guest room. We have a mattress hidden under the queen bed that can be used on the floor in the bike/exercise room, which is also three steps from the same guest bathroom. There is an art studio with a half bath on the other side of the house. Two different rooms have couches that do not fold out if kids wanted to sleep on them. We have a piano.
We live in an upscale rural/suburban area with both upscale and funky adobe homes. Lowest crime rate in New Mexico. We don't lock our door or the car doors. Very quiet, rural setting, but only 5 minutes from shopping, 30 minutes from the mountains, 60 minutes from Santa Fe, 2 hours from Taos, 20 minutes to nearest Native American Pueblo. Great walking, hiking and biking outside the front door. Many horses in the neighborhood.
We are 5 hours from the Grand Canyon, 6 hours from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks as well as Moab, UT with the best mountain biking in the world. White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns National Parks are 4- 5 hours away as well. Northern New Mexico is like you picture Colorado-very mountainous and beautiful at high elevations plus Colorado is only 3 hours away including world class destinations like Telluride and Aspen. Great skiing 30-90 minutes away in Santa Fe and Taos.
Outdoor BBQ, two person ceder hot tub, lawn and lots of private outdoor space to entertain. Possible use of high end bikes and Porsche Macan S.
In sum, we don't usually rent our house, but we will be in Aspen during Balloon Fiesta week and want to share our amazing house that is minutes from the Fiesta park with Balloon enthusiasts. You can ride your bike (or maybe ours) on a dedicated dirt and paved trail out our front door to the Ballon Fiesta Park without ever competing with a car. Enjoy.
