- "Whoever called this a four Star property was dreaming; it's a three star pushing towards two. The security door at the front of the hotel was broken in the open position. The decor looks like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. To call the rooms sparse would be generous. No charging points. The floor tiles in the bathroom were broken and the floor waterlogged. Mould on the grouting. Everything was the cheapest version of the most basic offering possible. There's a Premier Inn next door; go there instead."
