Our tiny house will make you feel right at home. It is modern, efficient, and comfortable.

The house is located in our backyard, gravel parking pad for your vehicle. Smart lock will provide each guest with their unique code to enter the property. If you arrive with more than one car, we have plenty of on street parking space. The property is under surveillance 24/7 for your safe stay.

INTERIOR:

There are two lofts – both queen size and a full size futon for 5 people to stay comfortably.

The heat pump will keep the place cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Two oversized windows provide lots of natural light and make the space look more open.

Kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas stove, refrigerator, water kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook and eat in. Dining table can host 6 people comfortably. Complimentary snacks, water, tea and coffee are available upon your arrival.

Bathroom has a shower and residential toilet. Hand soap, 3-in-1 shampoo, shower gel, and bubble bath will be provided.

Lofts can be access by steep ladders. If you are not comfortable with ladders and low ceiling height – this is NOT the place for you.

NO SMOKE or VAPE inside the house. If you do need to smoke, please do so outside or your deposit will be taken.

NO SHOES inside the house. Slippers are provided.

It is a 2-5 min walk (depending on guest) with stairs of varying levelness. As such, please wear appropriate shoes and plan accordingly. Upon booking, we send out a link in which, with sufficient advance notice, we will be happy to fill the fridge with items you select to greet you for your stay.

We do sign our own short term rent agreement with you and liability waiver from other guests for the use of the jacuzzi on the rooftop.
We collect refundable security deposit of $2,000 that is refunded back if there is no damage done. We have outdoors cameras at the front door and on each corner of the house and rooftop where jacuzzi is at with voice recording feature.

- "Check in process was easy - host was very flexible as our flights in were shifted. The home is absolutely fantastic - well stocked and clean with a great view. Two things I would note for future stays: The AC doesn’t blast very high, and there are limited windows to open for ventilation, so the house does tend to run a bit warm, especially the upstairs. Normally, this isn’t an issue in PNW - we’re were just here in a warm weekend! Second, the house really doesn’t sleep 10 - it sleeps three couples, with futons and couches scattered through which could be flexed for an additional four people, but at least one futon is in another bedroom, which makes that more suitable for a family with small children. We had one couple unable to make it, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but would have been had they not canceled."

- "This was a new rental, no reviews and discounted, but we really just needed bed and showers. Was worth it! We were in town for NCAA diving and some sightseeing. Location was close to airport, Cozy studio on ground level and you can occasionally here people walking upstairs but we really were only there at night to sleep in a very comfortable bed! Basic dishes, only a microwave but why cook with great restaurants nearby. Love the remote control blinds and we saw bonus bald Eagles across the street out the window! Cute simple classy decor. Had an issue with the lockbox when we arrived but owners on Site were quick to resolve. Immediate response to any questions. Would recommend "

MAIN FLOOR features a stunning view with deck , motorized solar shades, living room, dining room and kitchen. Couch turns into a pull out bed. Blankets and throws are available on the ladder blanket holder by the fireplace.

LIVINGROOM- has big view windows with a gas fireplace.

DINING ROOM – 6 seater dining table + a high chair, enjoy your water view while dining.

KITCHEN- Stove facing view window, enjoy the view while cooking. We have a full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and flatware that you may use.

UPPER LEVEL features two bedrooms with view windows and both have access to the upper deck. Upper deck has 4 comfy beach chairs.

BEDROOMS- 2 queen size bed + pull out bed in the living room. We use comfortable lines, beds sheets and bath towels. Extra blankets and pillows are located in each bedroom closet. Baby playard , folding bed & dog bed are located in the master closet.

BATHROOMS- powder room is on the main level. Upper bathroom is a standing shower. Stocked with our in-house amenity line fresh towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, hair dryer and make up remover.

OUTDOOR- Private patio with pond and waterfall. Furnished deck, 5 seater outdoor furniture with table fireplace, a perfect place to indulge your morning coffee, read your favorite books, step back, take a deep breath and enjoy the relaxing meditation water sounds. 6 seater hot tub. Automated pathway lights and string lights. Dynatrap Insect Trap ,Weber Grill hooked in gas line, caddy grill equipment located in the main level cabinet.

GARAGE- Fully insulated with natural gas heat, pool table, soon to be delivered pull out couch bed. Carbon monoxide detector plug in installed (pls do not remove)
