Great hosts!" - "We wanted a low key relaxing vacation and this rental gave us just what we were looking for! Semi private yet quiet location that was Immaculately clean and well cared for. Hosts take obvious pride in what they have. Although we chose to eat out for all our meals the kitchen was adequately stocked if we had wanted to cook. The beds were very comfortable as was all the furniture and our hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Upper deck gave a beautiful view of the lake and sunsets on the beach were amazing!! We also enjoyed the private deck and firepit which also has a nice view of lake. This was our first time visiting the Island and we can't wait to go back! We definitely will stay here again!!"

- "nice cabin for getting together with friends and family." - "Our group of 14 had a great stay here. It's rustic, which is great! Lots of neat decor from throughout the years. It was tough with one bathroom, but we made it work. Overall it was a great place for a large group." - "The old mill camp is great for large groups of people. It is very accommodating. They have all the things you need to cook with and then some. I was pretty disappointed with a few things. First, the website stated it had a l large griddle so we didn’t bring our black stone and when we arrived there was postings saying “Do not use griddle” . There are no directions on how to use sauna, Multiple light bulbs out. Half the light switches don’t seem to work. It could use better bathroom accommodations (but knew what we were getting into when we booked) Overall it is a good place for a large group that want to stay together."

- "I’ve never been to Drummond Island, and took this opportunity to have a short quick stay. The cabin property itself was very clean overall I did pick up a few things from the property no fault of the owner or cleaning crew, just litter by the driveway entrance probably thrown by some hooligans. The cabin itself was very clean and very nice, a large piece of property I would have loved to explore a little, however it did rain quite a bit. Close to a very cool beach where the kids had fun. The neighbor Bob stopped by and brought us some firewood. We couldn’t use it all so we left it for the next guests. Bob was good guy, he and his granddaughter drove the firewood down with their quads. Nice people. There were a lot of words in the cabin. There were words everywhere. It took a solid day to read everything. Words here, over there, and more words over there. A lot of words. Thanks for letting us use your property it was great!!"
