Just a footpath away from the award-winning dog friendly sandy beach of Dymchurch. The bungalow is the only holiday property on one level between the main road and beach in Dymchurch and St Mary’s Bay.
Dymchurch is a small village on Romney Marsh boasting a range of shops including an excellent local butcher and a Tesco Express and several places to eat. Also, a children’s amusement park which was rated one of the best for children on TripAdvisor. There is also a station on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch light railway.
It is an ideal location to explore the local towns of Hythe, New Romney, Camber and Rye and further afield Canterbury and Dover famous for its castle. Or take a day trip to France from the Folkstone terminal of Eurostar.
The long sandy beach stretches for miles with a seawall behind it ideal for children to cycle on if not confident on the road. The beach is wonderful for building sandcastles and the puddles left behind as the sea goes out are ideal for young children to play and paddle in.
The bungalow is all on the same level has three bedrooms and sleeps 5 people. It comes equipped with a cot, high chair, bed guard and booster step. There is also plates and cutlery for children.
There is a large selection of board games and the garage contains buckets and spades also body boards making the time on the beach even more enjoyable. The garage can also be used for the storage of bikes etc.
There is a fully comprehensive visitor's handbook which includes details of recommended for local restaurant's and dog friendly pubs and visitor attractions suitable for children.

The bungalow is located on a quite estate with a footpath leading to the beach which is only 250 yards away with no main roads to cross.

There is a L shaped lounge with smart tv with 2 sofas. The oak dining table overlooks the rear garden and comfortably sits 5.
Wifi is available at the property to make best use of the 2 smart TV's.This is contrary to what vrbo will inform you later in the booking process
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer toaster, sandwich toaster, washing machine gas hob and electric oven.
The main bedroom has wall mounted smart TV, bedroom 2 has a pair of full-size single beds and bedroom 3 has a full-size single bed and wall mounted TV. Bedding is included but not towels.
The bathroom has a modern shower bath and separate toilet.
The rear garden is fully enclosed with patio set large sun umbrella and rotary drier. This can be floodlit at night.
The beach is dog friendly all year round. One small/medium dog accepted please give details of breed and age at time of booking. Please note we do accept dogs but there is an additional £50 deposit required which is refunded provided there is no trace of the dog left at the property. Please note the dog must not be left in the property unattended.
Week bookings start on Friday from June to the end of September. Short Breaks minimum of 3 nights normally start on Fridays or Mondays please enquire for prices as short breaks are calculated by us not Vrbo

“Seaspray” is a delight.
The house has been extended and renovated to make it one of our PREMIER properties. It is now simply beautiful and well worth a visit.
This chalet house offers ACCESS via a very short walk to the award winning sandy shores of Dymchurch beach. This area of beach is far enough away from the village that it can often be found with few, if any other people. It's like having your own private beach.
Dymchurch village with its shops and mini supermarket are about half a mile away. You can safely ride to the village along the sea wall or beach, when the tide is out.
This is a Saturday to Saturday Booking. Booking fee is £75per stay.
The house is very spacious and offers very comfortable accommodation for up to six persons.
The spacious lounge/diner has French doors to the rear garden. Also in the living area there are plenty of settees, a colour TV, video, DVD player and Freeview box & a large library of films.
The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and an electric cooker.
There is a day lounge with comfortable seating, lovely for the mornings. Having French doors onto the rear garden.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
Our standard check in time is 4pm

We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.

One day before arrival the damage deposit fee of £150 will be held from your card, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. This charge will be released within 7 days after departure, if no damage has occurred. We also recommend that you ensure you have travel insurance.
Any cancellations will be charged a £55 admin fee.
- "The overall stay was very enjoyable. It was clean and everything was in a good well kept standing. All amenities listed were available. Parking was difficult, often parking over the other side of the park due to all the nearer parking spaces being full. If you are cautious of electronic gadgets that could be used to record you unknowingly then the door camera with talk-back can be daunting for example. The electronic door lock could also be problematic, easy to open but locking up was a little hit and miss often stating that the operation could not be completed. For our short stay this was okay but for someone staying longer I can imagine it will get annoying. Positively, there were many board games for all ages available at the location which were used daily by the children and very appreciated."
