We hope you enjoy relaxing here after exploring Exmouth. Our property is located behind a local tour business called the Flying Sandgroper & parking is safe and secure right at the entrance to the Loft.

Other things to note.

Well loved by the owners and all who stay in her, Pilgramunna (named after a beach on the west side of the Ningaloo Reef) is a annual favourite for many of our guests. Tastefully decorated and well equipped, you will easily feel like you are in your home away from home.

There are two bedrooms, with a queen and single bed in one room and a queen bed in the master bedroom.
There is a family bathroom with a bath and a newly renovated kitchen with everything you need for your family holiday feasting.

This wonderful family home is pet friendly for a maximum of two dogs, it is fully fenced and very well priced. Making this a great holiday home for the budget conscious.

Undercover parking for one vehicle and it is walking distance to the town centre of Exmouth. No camping or caravans allowed.

This holiday home has recently been freshly painted and has some great renovations. The main bathroom has recently had a full refurbishment. The kitchen is fresh. The living room has new furniture.

This solid as a rock, bunker style block home, is beautifully landscaped and very comfortable. Surrounded by lawn and garden beds in a quiet residential street.

Two bedrooms, with enough beds to sleep 6 people with two queen beds and two single beds.

There is one inside bathroom which is newly renovated, and another 'after beach' bathroom outside with an outdoor shower.

Pet friendly, fully fenced and very well priced cheap accommodation. Undercover parking for two vehicles. Walking distance to the town center. WiFi available at the property. Four night minimum stay.

•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised at any time. Pets are not permitted into the Cape Range National Park, should you be travelling for the day then please arrange for a pet sitter.

•Guests must dispose of all pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.

•Guests should ensure the arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.

Property Features:

Apartment is designed for two adults, but babies and toddlers can be catered for on request.
Rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Both heat and sound insulated, and have split air conditioners and overhead ceiling fans to easily combat very hot days.
Living area comprises a full modern kitchen with most appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils, and a comfortable lounge area.
Bedroom has a king bed that can be spilt into singles if requested.
Full bathroom also houses a washing machine and drying rack with a shared clothes hoist nearby.
Living area furnishings include a dining table and chairs, a 2 lounge chairs and a large TV.

There is a small outside area in front with an electric bbq, table and chairs.

Parking for a car and boat / trailer close by.

All linen and towels are provided except beach towels.

Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

'Really clean comfortable place. If you're in Exmouth you're probably not spending too much of your day inside so I'd expect a good shower, comfy bed and general cleanliness. David's place had all that and more- washing machine, massive tv and great couch to watch it from, decent sized fridge and area to cook/BBQ if you want. Apartment is handy to shops and restaurants, but the rest of the complex looks tired and dated, though we found it very quiet.'
