Cute, clean bungalow located within walking distance from everything downtown Ferndale has to offer. Located on a residential street allowing you to enjoy your peace and quiet. Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, this location is perfect. Close to Ferndale restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the Detroit Zoo. Keypad entry makes coming and going a breeze. Can hold a max of 5 people. However, it would be a very tight fit with that many people since it is a small 600 square foot bungalow.

Pets are welcome. Additional $50 fee charged at booking.

The place also has a small kitchen, living area, and dining room with a table that can seat 4. Laundry is located in the basement and there is a small side yard. 1 parking space in driveway with additional street parking nearby.

- "Sweet little house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown. Very walkable. Hosts provided friendly touches, such as snacks and bottled water. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice screened in porch and cute lush backyard. Hosts made sure we checked in okay and then let us be, which is my favorite. Only negatives (that didn't significantly impact us but others should be aware): -House is not accessible if you have serious mobility issues (several stairs up to the front door). -Kitchen is comically small. The hosts have arranged it the best they could to maximize space, but do not plan to cook any large or elaborate meals during your stay. Side note: Neighbor who lives behind the house copulated with someone, outside in full view, while we were sitting on the front stairs one night. He had also arranged his TV and couch to be out there... perhaps to woo the young lady pre-copulation? One minute they were watching Breaking Bad and then suddenly bare bum cheeks and feet in the air. Odd but entertaining. Pretty perfect otherwise."

The additional “bed” is a shorter futon located in the living room, for whoever draws the short straw;)There’s also a private fenced in back yard, a great space to spend an afternoon or evening outdoors.
I offer self check-in , but if you prefer, I can personally check you in and show the house, answer any questions etc. when I’m in town:)You’ll have access to the entire house and backyard. Open floor plan, hardwood floors through out and works from various local artists add to the charm and appeal of this very clean, clutter free, comfortable home. Help yourself to some fresh fruit or select from many tea varieties. New coffee maker, coffee grinder, French press, and coffee are provided for your convenience. Take a nice hot bath or shower under the bonus sized shower head. Forgotten toiletries, we’ve probably got you covered, blow dryer, curling iron, wand, flat iron, razors, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, body wash, lotion, bath salts, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash to name a few. Enjoy a good book or movie in the cozy living room area. Brand new dishes, pots/pans, and utensils, welcome you to prepare and indulge in a home cooked meal, the basics, oil, butter, salt and pepper and a generous selection of condiments are provided. Get some fresh air in the spacious, fully fenced in, private back yard, my neighbors wind down at around 11pm so please keep it down or take it inside at that time of the night, thanks.

- "I have stayed at over 50 places and I never had a better experience. Noel was great. More than helpful and even drove us to Ford field to see the Bills play! Plenty of necessities we’re available like bottled water, snacks, a chocolate tray, body wash, shampoo, toothpaste ect… Made us feel like we were home. Cute little town. The # 1 thing was the mattresses. Omg they were more comfortable than at home. We will go back to this home just to stay there again. Thanks for the best experience ever.."

It's extremely close to a park with a great playground, which was wonderful to be able to go to several times with our 2-year-old daughter. We enjoyed sitting out in the backyard as well. You can definitely always hear the highway when you're outside since it's so close by, but it mainly just sounds like white noise. And it's just a short drive to the main strip of Ferndale. Overall this house met all our needs well for this trip."
