This oceanfront condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach and the Gearhart Golf Links, so come prepared for a fun weekend with both surf and turf options! As you pull up to the home, you’ll notice it’s behind a fenced area that contains a patio space with a table seating four and two colorful Adirondack chairs where you can sit and chat with friends. Enjoy crisp coastal air and briny breezes as you get the weekend kicked off with some barbecuing on your electric grill, provided here on the patio.

The home itself is appointed with beach and maritime touches throughout: wood panels reminiscent of a ship’s hull make up the ceiling, framed paintings showing ocean vistas and coastal landscapes hang on the walls, and the light colors chosen for the furnishings reflect a casual beach house vibe.

Head through the sea-blue front door and peer down the hallway for your first view of the spacious interior. Just around the corner to your right lies the bedroom with a plush king-size bed atop a black wooden platform. Lay down on the bed to experience the supreme comfort of high thread count sheets and oversized pillows (we won’t blame you if you don’t want to get up!). On both sides of the bed sit modern lamps atop black wood nightstands and, with a large bay window behind the headrest, offer plenty of light in the room. In front of the bed, in the corner of the room, are one of two flatscreen TVs for movie nights.

Of course, you’ll want to relax after a full day spent hunting for shells and playing in tide pools on the beach, so come home to a back patio that offers seating on a bench or in more colorful Adirondack chairs, which are perfect for lounging as you gaze out over the huge green backyard and the beach just beyond.

Whether it’s time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, all meals can be made just inside from the back patio in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen’s open floor plan allows for space to cook while. Charming cottage with Americana themes throughout is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. Living room has cozy seating and includes a twin sleeper sofa. The yard has plenty of room for kids to run and play, or simply sit and relax on outdoor chairs. At night you can roast marshmallows in the firepit (check with Fire Dept re: any burn bans). Close to downtown Gearhart Golf, and only 1/2 mile to the beach, this is truly a very sweet cottage on a quiet street. There is not a sleeper sofa. Max occupancy is 4. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.

Bed was way too soft and lumpy. hopefully they replace that soon. definitely would reserve again."

- "We had the absolute best weekend. G673 was perfect. One bedroom with a cozy bed. Full bath. The view from the living room is spectacular!!! Looking at the ocean from the couch I saw what was obviously whales blowing through their blow holes. We got binoculars and sure enough watched 5 whales for an hour. Just outside the waves. We couldn’t believe it. The deck is a great place to watch the sunset. Kitchen had everything we needed. They have some books, games, magazines, and a DVD player. Limited cable-no smart TV. (Didn’t care). The building is soundproof. I hate hearing people stomp above me at hotels. Even though it was 4th of July- we didn’t hear anyone around us!! We saw a heard of elk at the golf course and drove on the beach. I honestly can’t wait to go back."

T444 is a very nicely furnished 2 Bedroom unit in Pacific Terraces on the 2nd floor.

It has a south west ocean view. There is a King bed in main bedroom and 2 Twins in 2nd bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. There is a Washer and dryer to wash any unexpected items you got wet while playing at the beach. The unit has hard wood floors throughout.

With this complex you have access to the building with a Pool Only.

New living room furniture (January 2023). Enjoy a glass of wine and the unobstructed ocean view from inside by the cozy wood stove or outside on the 28 foot private deck. This is a two bedroom, two bath condominium that will accommodate up to four adults.

The main bedroom has a king bed (new mattress January 2023) with En suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a Queen bed (New as of February 2025) and bathroom (with tub and shower). The unit includes a gourmet kitchen, wet bar and wine cooler for your favorite libation. Whip up your favorite recipe in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the famous McMenamin's Sand Trap restaurant right across the street at the 18 hole Gearhart links style public golf course (In case you forgot your golf clubs there is a Men's and a Women's set of clubs provided in the guest bedroom closet). Take the elevator to the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, ice machine and laundry facilities on the lower level. Oregon beaches are all public and the condo property adjoins the beach for a nice walk. A beach access road is available for driving too. If you're really lucky, the Gray Whales will be migrating and the Roosevelt Elk will be grazing the dunes in front of the unit.
