Respect for Neighbors: We ask that guests respect our neighbors. Noise complaints may result in an immediate $750 fine.

Visitors: For the safety and privacy of all, no visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at any time during your stay. Unauthorized visitors are grounds for immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.

Accommodations: RVs, motorhomes, and tents are not permitted on the property.

Security: For your safety, onsite security cameras are operational 24/7.

Events: Please note that no events or receptions are allowed on the property.

The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking. Laundry has new washer and dryer. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 1-September 5) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round.

Location is excellent, close to everything while still being privately tucked away. We also discovered how fun pickle ball is on the private court! The long driveway to this house will accommodate a truck and boat combination or even an RV parking space.
The Kitchen has an amazing layout that will be sure to impress. After a day of adventure you could easily cook up a great meal. Bar stool seating allows friends or family to keep company while cooking.
There is a lot of natural light into the house which compliments the vaulted ceilings. The living room has a large TV and a gas fireplace.

The Neighborhood:
Our home's fantastic location on a main road means you're just minutes from everything, but it also means you can expect to hear some road noise, which is most noticeable during daytime hours. Additionally, we believe in being good neighbors. The gentleman next door is a kind, older resident who has lived here for many years and is an avid collector of antiques and other "old treasures," which are visible in his yard. We ask that you please be respectful of his property and privacy. While his property has a different aesthetic than ours, we respect his space and privacy.

Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located just off E Harbor Drive with quick access to Highway 101, making it easy to explore the entire Oregon Coast. Private parking is available on-site, and most attractions are just a short drive away, including Astoria in five minutes, Fort Stevens State Park in eight minutes, Seaside in seventeen minutes, and Long Beach, Washington in about thirty minutes.

Guests can also walk to nearby shopping, dining, and essentials, with Costco and Walmart located just down the road. For those who enjoy biking, Warrenton and Fort Stevens offer scenic trails perfect for a ride along the coast.

Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.
