Respect for Neighbors: We ask that guests respect our neighbors. Noise complaints may result in an immediate $750 fine.

Visitors: For the safety and privacy of all, no visitors or unregistered guests are permitted at any time during your stay. Unauthorized visitors are grounds for immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.

Accommodations: RVs, motorhomes, and tents are not permitted on the property.

Security: For your safety, onsite security cameras are operational 24/7.

Events: Please note that no events or receptions are allowed on the property.

This Northwest style home has been completely remodeled with beautiful details. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Kings, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. All the beds are new. The 4th bedroom has three twins. The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking. Laundry has new washer and dryer. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 1-September 5) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round.

Location is excellent, close to everything while still being privately tucked away. We also discovered how fun pickle ball is on the private court! The owners made contaced us well before our stay and we had good conversations. " - "The property was nice, exactly what is seen in the pics. Our home's fantastic location on a main road means you're just minutes from everything, but it also means you can expect to hear some road noise, which is most noticeable during daytime hours. Additionally, we believe in being good neighbors. The gentleman next door is a kind, older resident who has lived here for many years and is an avid collector of antiques and other "old treasures," which are visible in his yard. We ask that you please be respectful of his property and privacy. While his property has a different aesthetic than ours, we respect his space and privacy.

Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located just off E Harbor Drive with quick access to Highway 101, making it easy to explore the entire Oregon Coast. Private parking is available on-site, and most attractions are just a short drive away, including Astoria in five minutes, Fort Stevens State Park in eight minutes, Seaside in seventeen minutes, and Long Beach, Washington in about thirty minutes.

Guests can also walk to nearby shopping, dining, and essentials, with Costco and Walmart located just down the road. For those who enjoy biking, Warrenton and Fort Stevens offer scenic trails perfect for a ride along the coast.

Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. - "My family and I stayed at this property during Labor Day weekend and we had a great experience! The property is in a beautiful private neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from Seaside so it's easy access to shopping and other activities. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach from the house which was along a path cut through the beach grass. The beach is great, there are cars that drive on the beach, which is obviously allowed it was just surprising. The waves make it hard to hear the cars approaching so they can sneak up on you sometimes. We had an issue with the door code when we arrived but it was resolved quickly so it wasn't a big problem. The property was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Overall this was a very good experience and I highly recommend this property!"

- "Our favorite place! All the king and twin beds are comfy, there are 2 game rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs so you can separate adults from children if you wish, the nice owners left us a surprise gift when we arrived which made us feel like we were family. The place is clean, spacious, and cozy at the same time, the firepit was a hit with s'mores and the barbeque seemed new. One plus was the jacuzzi bathtub that looks onto the beach with 4 glass doors to the outdoors. The deck is amazing and the place is large but intimate among the huge pine trees that give off privacy. A three-minute walk to the beach through our own, knee-high grassy path, as we walk we see 6 deer grazing next to us! A lake is 5 min away, Seaside and Astoria towns have many great shops and restaurants if you do want to go out, but you have everything you need at this home. Fully stocked open kitchen, great TV's, games to play, and relaxing time for a few families! We will book in September again, thank you ."

- "So many things were broken, in disrepair, out of order that we did not feel safe staying at this property. Checked out right after we checked in. Spa broken, exercise equipment broken, sauna broken - all with "out of order" signs. Room was filthy, did not appear to have fresh linens on the beds- 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 children were supplied in the bathroom. Tile in bathroom was dingy and black in crevices. Carpet was dingy and smelled. Hallways had many burnt out fixtures. Rickety elevator, dirty doorknobs and buttons everywhere. The list goes on and on - and we were only on site for less than an hour."

- "From the then we arrived things were off. Credit card taken to charge for rooms that were already paid for. Then rooms not co joined to house the two adults and kids. Rooms were multiple rooms down. Atleast on the same floor. Bags of trash when you walk off the elevator. Dirt/food crumbs on the heater. No screen in the window, we were on 4th floor. No tv remote, told this has happened 3 times before and forget to get a new one. Pool green and slimed at the bottom and hot tub out of order. Just wasn’t what anything was supposed to be. Wish we would have stayed elsewhere."

Movies and board games are available. No cable but every TV is internet connected and has ROKU streaming so you can bring your own log in for streaming services. TV in every room and living room.

Park in the front of the house or on south side of the house in gravel driveway across from the mailboxes. You will receive a code before check in that unlocks the door.

We live in the downstairs unit so if you need anything just let us know. Downstairs is separate from upstairs so you do not have to interact with us unless you want too.

The neighbor is in the middle of a remodel so the house and his yard are not always the greatest. A family with 3 young kids just moved in across the street with 2 young friendly, but not so well trained dogs. Current construction across from house thru 2023.

2 minutes from shopping at Costco, Fred Meyers or TJ Maxx. Our favorite hidden spot is High Life Adventures. They have a zip line course a mile down the road featuring 8 zip lines carrying you through the woods and over a lake. They also have axe throwing and an excellent restaurant for lunch.

We have a driveway on the side of the house that is perfect for parking your fishing boat, RV or Trailer. Treats, dog bowls and dog waste bags are provided for your pet family members.
