The cabin is less than a 3-minute walk to all the pleasures of Oceanside beach and village and just a few minutes’ walk to two top-rated restaurants: the romantic Roseanna’s Café and the delicious and convenient Blue Agate Café.
The bedroom has a luxurious queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The bed is positioned perfectly so you can wake up to ocean views that can be seen through the doorway.

- "Home that is better than pictures. Good for a couple or 4 at the most. Views are amazing, well stocked with kitchen appliances (minus some common things like butter, spices, coffee, oils…might be stocked later as summer goes on) which are needed because the small charming town of Oceanside is very sleepy which we loved, cooked meals in most nights with groceries from a stop in Tillamook. Come enjoy a quiet and romantic stay in our home on the Beautiful Oregon Coast. Nestled amongst tall trees on the edge of an estuary overlooking Netarts Bay, our home is a bird watchers paradise. From our front porch, we routinely see great blue herons, bald eagles, egrets, and ducks of all kinds that visit our estuary. A herd of at least 20 elk often pass directly by our property. You can take a short walk down our driveway to the bay and take in a view of virtually untouched beauty. You can hear the ocean at night and the frogs will sing to you as you relax in our hot tub that overlooks the estuary and bay.
You can enjoy crabbing, clamming, or fishing on the bay just a short distance from the house. Skiffs setup for crabbing and kayaks are available for rent nearby. We have a variety of rubber boots and clamming gear at the house.

- "Loved this place, it was so cute/modern and was a great spot for my wife and me. We commented that it could have held another few people very comfortably. We did hear quite a bit of foot steps as this is below another unit but that was the only 'issue' to speak of (which wasn't a real issue to us). You can see some of the coast line (there is another house between you and the beach) which is a fun way to wake up in the morning! Sarah was great to work with, 6 stars! I'd happily stay here again!"

Large windows everywhere for amazing views of the Pacific ocean, Three Arch Rocks, Netarts Bay, and the peninsula. Corner unit on the second floor has the best views in the area, with the ocean to the west and the bay and and coastal mountains to the south. Harbor seals pile onto the sand bar when the tide rolls out. It is a quiet property with private beach access from the parking lot.

Activities include kayaking, crabbing, clamming, kite-surfing, beach combing. You are a short walk from The Schooner, a local's favorite restaurant and bar with outdoor dining on Netarts Bay. The unit is decorated with natural materials of leather, stone, and wood, with a nautical theme. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to stay in for your meals and watch the tides and clouds and sun throughout the day. The unit features modern furniture, a comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and a 65" TV.

A few minutes up the road is the charming hillside town of Oceanside, with a handful of cozy restaurants including breakfast places and coffee shops (there is also coffee just minutes from the condo at Seaworthy Coffee and Gifts in Netarts (say hi to Corissa). Just beyond Oceanside is Cape Meares Lighthouse.

Netarts is home to the Netarts Bay Oyster company and Jacobsen's Sea Salt. Tillamook offers a range of restaurants, an air museum, breweries, a full-sized grocery, and of course the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory (which also has fantastic ice cream).

You are just over ninety minutes from Portland (East) or Willamette wine country (Southeast), and near some of the most beautiful coastline and seaside towns anywhere.

If you wonder why we don't have many reviews, it is because our guests tend to rent for months at a time, so the number of guests hasn't been high. You can sit in the living room or front deck area and watch the waves in the distance, crabbers in the bay, the seals and birds playing, the three capes rocks, and the fog/clouds come in and out. Reconnect with being. Steps from the beach for long morning and evening walks. I had no issues with anything, check in and out was simple, I didn't have a need to contact the hosts while there. The condo was perfect. The essentials you need to cook amazing meals in the kitchen, but nothing extra. My next trip is already being planned. It can't come soon enough!"

This cozy 1950’s Sunset Serenade rustic beach house has a partial ocean view throughout the home and is centrally located in Oceanside with only a short walk to the downtown and public beach. Enjoy the stunning full ocean view and sunsets from the top deck and partial view on the enclosed bottom deck. Cuddle up by the warm wood-stove fire on cool evenings or crack the window on warm summer nights to hear the ocean lull you to sleep in this 1,020 square foot home with two floors.
On the top floor there is one queen bed in the master and a full-size bunk in the second room. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or a small couple. Bunks can sleep 2 people per double bunk.
The bottom floor has a bathroom, kitchenette that includes a second refrigerator, storage supply, pretty glassware, pull-out sleeper sofa and small TV (sleeper sofa not to be used for over-night sleeping per Tillamook County OR84). This room will be remodeled into a functional room of sorts (yet to be determined) but can be used for your imagination; Kids room, cocktail room, or just a place to relax, etc. (many accessories, couches, beds, and more are new) in this older home.

*Wireless internet service is free, and you can stream your favorite venue of choice.
*Games and cards are provided, as well as art supplies.
*Multiple places to view the ocean and the beach, both inside and outside of the cabin.
*maximum occupancy for 4 adults and 2 children 12 and under. Comfortable fit for 2 adults and 2 children or another adult couple.
*Master bedroom has a partial ocean view with sliding window to hear the soothing sounds of the surf.
*Your potty trained, and well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. Dogs must be housebroken and please keep them off the furniture (Dog beds provided under the queen bed). Keep your dog on a leash when outside.
*Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, French press, Pour Over, coffee grinder, waffle maker, microwave, bullet blender, and toaster. There are 2 refrigerators....one on each floor. There is no dishwasher, yet. There is a propane BBQ grill located directly on the second floor outside the door on the deck.
*Parking is available for 1 vehicle in front of the garage on the gravel driveway.
*This home has been licensed and inspected as a rental property by Tillamook County.
*Cell service in Oceanside is very sketchy but is available in the beach house. The closet service available is in Netarts…. coverage in Oceanside is not predictable .
