- "We had such a fun time it's right next to the beach it's super quiet the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook up a storm, the beach is white sands, soft like being in Barbados, the dog loves it because the yard is all for them and they love the bunnies too, they were so so so so cute, we tried to feed them but they ran off when the dog arrived haha. Located in Tierra del Mar, five miles north of Pacific City, our bungalow-style home sits on prime oceanfront property. You’ll enjoy your own private yard and a lovely sandy path to the beach, just 40 feet away.

The beach stretches for miles in either direction allowing for long walks and beachfront activities such as frisbee, flying a kite, beach volleyball, playing catch with your dog, or making sand castles with beach toys supplied! Coming off the beach rinse your feet off in our foot-washing station before coming on our new Trek deck that wraps around three sides of the house.

This completely renovated home includes two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen size bed. There is also a hide-a-way premium queen size bed downstairs. The bathroom is located downstairs.

You’ll find all the comforts of home with all new kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. The house also provides a washer and dryer for use after your day on the beach. Decorated with modern furnishings, tile throughout the downstairs and Pergo flooring upstairs keeps daily cleanup manageable when sand is everywhere.

Enjoy spectacular views of the beach from every room in the house with large windows south, west, and north. Both the living room and dining room table have seating for six.

After a day on the beach, the house is supplied with a wall-mounted television with Roku enabled for streaming TV, and a media player. And if you’re not interested in TV, simply grab a deck cards or a game from the storage closet.

Pop the top on a local micro brew from Pelican Brewery located in Pacific City — only five minutes south — or head outside to revel in the unobstructed ocean views. Watch gray whales up and down the coastline while lounging in the hammock that rocks on the deck, protected from the ocean breeze.

This fantastic oceanfront beach home was built in 2002. Amazing views from every room! The downstairs living space is open and perfect for watching the waves, reading, games around the table or gathering to eat. It has been comfortably furnished for that 'beach cottage' look. The downstairs bedroom has an adjustable queen and twin with TV. There is also a spare twin in the closet under the stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, TV and a reading nook that can double as a small office if you’re working from the beach……although it’s hard to concentrate on work with that view! There is also a laundry room upstairs.

Pull up an Adirondack chair and sit on the deck to watch the sunset. Beach access is direct from southern corner of front yard. Tierra Del Mar is a peaceful community with miles of beach stretching north to the estuary and ending to the south at Cape Kiwanda.

For this trip, it was just me and my husband enjoying a peaceful 4-night getaway from our extremely busy work lives. We chose to drive into Lincoln City every day (about an hour's drive round trip) to access the Safeway grocery store and to have better dining options. There were a few very minor things, including the age of the key box (it was quite challenging to open and close) - and the shower handle upstairs is in need of replacement (it is currently a small screwdriver stuck into the main on/off unit instead of a true handle; it works but is a little hard to turn). The bed was extremely comfortable and as another guest noted in their review, it is two twin mattresses together instead of one king mattress; we enjoyed it because the mattresses are adjustable - each side with its own remote control. Plenty of comfortable pillows (and I love lots of pillows!). Overall, we had a wonderful and peaceful visit (just what we needed!) and are thankful for the owners sharing their beautiful home with us through VRBO!"

Cleanline beach house is located in Tierra Del Mar, Oregon. A two hour drive (106 mi) from Portland international Airport. Directly out front and to the South is a popular spot to launch and ride jet ski's, due at least in part to the easy public vehicle access. Cape Kiwanda and the dunes can makes for a good hike to the South. Out front and to the North, Tierra Del Mar is a much more quite and relaxed beach. Further North is Sandlake, which is a great place to watch wildlife, but also has dunes for ATV/Motorcycle/4x4 riding, and a little further Cape lookout offers great hikes and surfing.

The little town of Pacific City is where you can explore Cape Kiwanda tide pools and dunes, catch some waves, go horse back riding on the beach, take a dory boat out and enjoy deep sea fishing, eat out at the award winning Pelican Pub or Grateful Bread restaurant. Drive 25 mins north to see the world famous Tillamook Cheese Factory. Enjoy a factory tour and of course their amazing variety of cheese and ice cream. 30 mins south is Lincoln City, where there is the Outlet Mall with premium stores, kite flying, one of the best skate parks in Oregon, beach front restaurants, Barnacle Bill's Seafood market where you can get fresh fish and chips, antique shops, and Chinook Winds Casino. - "Had an amazing time at the house. House is way larger than the photos look which was a good surprise. Very, very, clean and well stocked. Access to beach was priceless. The outdoor fire pit was great. Just a fantastic house overall. Only issue (not the fault of the house owner) was that the entire row of houses on that part of town had wifi outages which was bad because there is not any cell reception at the house for any of us that were there so we were a bit out of touch unless we went into pacific city proper. So just be aware youll need wifi connectivity if you want to use your phones to call etc."

This charming 1950s cottage is only about a half block from the lovely Tierra del Mar beach, and it's central to so many fun activities. Surfing in Pacific City is about 3 miles away, Lincoln City Outlet stores is about 25 minutes to the south of us, and the Blue Heron and Tillamook cheese factories are about 25 minutes north. There is hiking very close, and the famous Dory fishing boat charters are about 6 minutes away. For those riding the Sandlake dunes, we are approximately 15 minutes away. Then of course, it's fun to just walk down the quiet street to the beach and enjoy the view.

Any given time we went out to the expansive beach during this most recent trip, there were less than 10 people out there on the sand - and it's typically like that. The Tierra Surf House met all of our needs - allowed the doggies, fully stocked kitchen, full-size laundry, TVs in each room (teens loved that) and tons of games to play in the morning while waiting for the mist and clouds to clear. The owners were super communicative, accommodating and easy to get a hold of. They made sure that our stay went smoothly and we appreciate all they did for us in our week in June. A few suggestions..the plates had a few chips as did a cup. Would have loved some plastic cups to carry to the beach- needed some big serving bowls, Pitchers etc. Loved the options on the tv! Bathrooms were great. Were all the heaters on separate zones? - couldn’t find instructions on the heat etc. Really though- a good value. Thanks!! Very responsive management company. 😊"
