MY GUEST HOUSE is a privately owned, gorgeous cedar cabin custom built in 2003 in one of the sweetest small towns on the Oregon Coast. If you are looking for high quality in a two bedroom home for a cozy retreat, look no further. This private retreat awaits you with airy vaulted ceilings and lots of windows overlooking the coastline. This newer home is filled with custom-designed wood finishes and has hardwood throughout. It’s truly a lovely cabin with many amenities....wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, deck with gas grill, full kitchen with dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer in bathroom. West-facing views from living/dining area, main bedroom, and deck overlook the Neskowin Beach Golf Course and the Nestucca Bay Wildlife Refuge with lovely views of the Pacific Ocean from a high vantage point. (Please note that this location is in a part of Neskowin with full-time residents nearby. It is a quiet area and we ask our guests to be respectful of noise levels.)
Sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (main bedroom with queen bed, plus office/bedroom with built-in desk and twin bed with trundle. The twin and trundle can be aligned together to accommodate a couple or used separately. While the room can accommodate 2 adults, some will find it more comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children). Queen size comfy bed in main bedroom faces west with views of the wildlife refuge and the ocean. Second bedroom/office faces east overlooking the drive with a view of a wooded area.
Walkable to the beach (about half a mile). Note that the cabin is on a ridge overlooking the golf course, so there’s a hill to climb on the way back. Also, the trail across the wetlands (“the tsunami trail”) to get to the beach may occasionally be flooded in the winter, though it’s generally navigable with appropriate footwear (boots). Use at your own risk.

The headland, Cape Kiwanda, has a remarkable sandstone outcropping that is very unusual. it is a simple hike to the bowl where waves crash as they circle in. Lincoln City with its beach, restaurants, and shopping is about 10 miles south.

Neskowin creek, which flows into the ocean just adjacent to the house is an amazing place to explore, and build sandcastles. You may choose to go for a walk along the beach, wade across the creek to get the café for a hot drink and stroll through Neskowin Village. - "This is a lovely location in a pleasant sweet town. The back was especially comfortable with 4 Adirondack chairs and a bistro table for two. The lawn before the boulders made for especially pleasant evenings. The grounds a well planted and maintained with an on site caretaker. As all coastal property experiences there is rust and some mold in door tracks and dishwasher. The master bed was uncomfortably soft but towels and bathrooms were fresh and clean. Nothing like the roar of the ocean. There are many beach access points down flats boulders or sand gradual walk within 2 blocks. Golf is always a plus in Neskowin and did not disappoint. The town is very dog friendly. We enjoyed drafts after golf and a good pizza at Hawk Crest on our arrival night. I would bring in future more kitchen towels and again bring my electric tea kettle and my own cutting board. "

Very home-like condo that has been well cared for and stocked with everything to make our guests feel like they right at home for a unique beach experience. This place has it all! You won’t need to go anywhere, just relax here, take in the fabulous view, and enjoy the ocean/beach!
Patio leads onto nice lawn area that overlooks the ocean. Come sit in our nice cedar Adirandack chairs on this grass area right out our back patio and take in the view that directly overlooks the ocean. The condo has direct to the beach crossing over a seasonal small footbridge. Very convenient to be able to bring all your munchies just out your back door and take in the view! It also overlooks creek and river that flow to the ocean. Children enjoy playing in this gentle flow.
Very comfortable unit that has updated kitchen completely furnished with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary dishware and appliances. Clean and well maintained.

This is multi-unit building with condo located on ground floor. No steps to get into condo.

*In rainy season depending on when seasonal high tides come in through winter, our seasonal bridge that crosses the creek for direct access to beach is brought in due to the changing water levels and ocean currents. Therefore, the foot bridge (shown in photo) that crosses the back lawn will not be available and to access beach so guests would need to walk through parking lot and access the beach either on the path by Hawk Creek Restaurant (3-5 minute walk) or on many of the other beach access points. Bridge will be put back out in the spring.

Enjoy the quiet beauty of Neskowin. This small town may very well be the nicest town on the Oregon coast. Its quaint neighborhoods, 7 miles of beautiful beach and rolling hills, yummy Hawk Creek Cafe and quiet ambience all present you with a truly memorable experience. Only 8 miles south is Lincoln City where you can enjoy the outlet malls, casino, golfing, crabbing, etc. To the North just a few miles is Pacific City where you can experience sand dunes, the Pelican Brew Pub, great restaurants, shopping, etc.

Our spacious1500 square foot condo is located within one block of the beach of Neskowin, directly in front of picturesque Proposal Rock. It has a master suite with king-size bed, tub and shower in the adjoining bath, a second guest bedroom with queen-size bed, second full bath also with tub and shower, as well as a king-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. You can enjoy the large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and full-size laundry room The large deck has a panoramic view of the beach, Proposal Rock, and the rolling hills of Neskowin. What better place to relax and enjoy family, friends and a fantastic ocean view.

This condo is a short walk from the beach and also a short walk from Neskowin Market and the delicious Hawk Creek Café. You can dine in at the Cafe or order takeout and watch the sunset on the deck. Also within walking distance are two nice golf courses.
