PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Vrbo will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

WATER AMENITIES
Not available when the dock is winterized, normally November through late April, or early May, depending on the weather!

STAIRS
There are stairs to the upstairs floor where 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located. There are additional steps to get to the lakefront, but you can walk around via a shared driveway/private street and there are not steps.

LAKEFRONT/ROW BOAT
The lakefront area may be used by a neighbor who owns the row boat by the fire pit. The row boat is not available for use for our guests.

**1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY**

Guest must accurately disclose the number of adults, children, and pets in the booking. This number applies to both overnight and daytime visitors. Unauthorized over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund.

A $500 fee applies for indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted only with windows and doors closed. Guest is liable for odor or residue removal costs.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Excessive noise or neighbor complaints may lead to eviction.

**7. PARKING**

Parking instructions and capacity are listed in the property description. Unauthorized parking or exceeding the limit may result in fines or towing.

**8. LOCK OUTS / KEYS**

Keyless codes are active during your stay. Lost keys or lockouts may incur up to a $150 fee.

**9. LINENS & SUPPLIES**

Please refer to the listing for what is provided. Only flush septic-safe toilet paper. Plumbing damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.

**10. ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS**

All issues must be reported immediately and within 24 hours of arrival. Guests must allow the host an opportunity to resolve any problems before requesting outside intervention or refunds.

Providing false information (age, party size, purpose of stay) will result in eviction and loss of payment.

Extreme weather or acts of God do not warrant refunds. If travel is affected, contact your insurance provider.

Beautiful waterfront home at the southern end of Skaneateles Lake. Located on the east side where you can enjoy long, sunny days on the private dock or the beach and breathtaking sunset views from the deck. 133 feet of private waterfront lake access! Bonfires on the beach are a wonderful end to a day at the lake.

The finished boathouse has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and water views. The rental includes use of three kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle boat.

Open floor-plan house with a large living area, kitchen, and granite breakfast bar. Plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the water views or a movie! Baseboard heating makes this a wonderful place to relax year-round. It's the perfect place to watch the leaves change.

The house is less than 30 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles, 25 minutes from Cortland or Homer, and 60 minutes from either the Ithaca or Syracuse Airports. Other local sights include the Carpenter Falls Nature Preserve and New Hope Mills. Walking distance to a playground, picnic area, basketball court, baseball field, and small public library.

This is a quiet, residential area. Maximum of 6 guests. We only accept bookings from guests who are at least 25 years of age. There are 35 stairs from the parking to the house, then a path down to the stairs to the dock (another 2 flights). The path to the water is shared but, once at the dock, you have a private dock, boathouse and beach.

There is a king bed in the bedroom with a large dresser and closet. The living room couch folds out into a queen bed.

Although a lake front home is thought of as a summer destination, this cottage is the perfect getaway year-round. Enjoy the fall foliage, apple orchards, local wine tours, great hiking or downhill skiing. Just minutes from SUNY Cortland, this the perfect spot for parents weekend or orientation or move-in weekend!

Lovely restful lake cottage, home for many sun-freckled summers to the woman who when a young girl inspired J.D. Salinger’s character, Esme. Every room with a view, and with 267 feet of swimming and boating same-level frontage, the views are spectacular. Gorgeous stone and wood throughout. High ceilings, lots of light. Large porch for lakeside dining and relaxing along private grassy beach. Sleeps nine blissful souls. So quiet and peaceful in here, this must be what paradise is like.

Skaneateles Lake is a reservoir for the City of Syracuse. It is considered the cleanest of the Finger Lakes. There is a Finger Lakes Land Trust preserve directly behind our property (the trail is accessible from route 41). There are multiple parks and preserves (Bear Swamp State Forest, High Vista preserve etc.) surrounding the south end of the lake; the Land Trust is working to preserve this natural setting by connecting these properties into an “emerald necklace” around the south end.

The village of Skaneateles, 25 minutes to the north, is a well-known shopping, dining and tourist destination. They hold a music festival and boat show, have polo matches, run tour boat cruises and dinner cruises, and have free town band concerts. The town has many very fine restaurants from classic Victorian nine and twelve course meals at the Krebs to Doug’s Fish Fry, a local favorite. Boat rentals are available at the Skaneateles Marina a few miles south of the village.

We are located directly behind a local beauty salon and next to a gas station with a Dunkin attached for added convenience.

This is upstairs/downstairs apartment. In the upper level it has one main private bedroom with a queen size bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a small sitting room area that has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses for additional sleeping. The kitchen and bathroom are in the upper level. The kitchen has access to a small porch balcony with stairs to the ground level. On the balcony is a small table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. A large living room downstairs, has queen size pull-out couch for additional sleeping as needed. A dining area and laundry is also there for your use. There is a total of 3 Roku TVs in the apartment. Access to WIFI is also available.

The apartment has 2 attached garages that are not part of the rental and access is not permitted at this time. But otherwise, the whole apartment living area is available for use.

Homer is a centrally located village that is approximately 30 minutes from Syracuse to the North, Binghamton to the South, Ithaca to the Southwest and Skaneateles to the West. Each of these areas are easily accessible from the apartment location. We are within 3 miles to SUNY Cortland, 22 miles to Cornell University and Ithaca College and 32 miles to Syracuse University.

Two bedrooms (queen/twin), a half bath and a shower room are located on the 2nd floor. The gameroom on the 3rd level is loaded with games and DVD’s, (DVD-playing TV). This awesome vacation home coexists with 40 alpacas located across the road where interested parties can pre-book a tour and learn all about raising fluffy livestock and/or visit our shop.
