The space has been completely rebuilt with reclaimed materials and unique features throughout. best features include a private outdoor claw foot tub, an expansive balcony looking down on a stream and views of nature while lying in bed!

The structure is comprised of one main room with queen sized bed, comfy chair, coffee maker, mini fridge and large windows. The expansive balcony provides views of the stream and surrounding trees. The outdoor tub/ shower, unique pullman- style sink and toilet are accessed off the balcony.

The cottage is accessed at ground level but the private porch and bath offer a treehouse-like experience due to the topography of the land. Please note the space has been built with experiencing nature in mind (there will be the occasional bug but we provide citronella candles and bug spray). The treehouse is located on a 25 acre old dairy farm, also on the property is a barn and carriage house. You pass these on arrival on the driveway but they are not viewable from the treehouse and there is no noise from the other units

The treehouse is set on 25 acres of upstate farmland which you are free to explore. We have created dedicated trails throughout the woods which are accessible by bridge/ walkway.

We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods and sugar, mini fridge, basic utensils, a small grill, fire starting supplies (wood, lighter and fire-starters), bug spray, bubble bath, luxury towels and toiletries. Please note there is no cooking stove or dishwasher.

The second floor of the home you will find the master bedroom with private bath and additional bedroom. There are beautiful nature views from every room and the large bay kitchen window overlooks the private front yard and spring fed pond. We have a game room with air hockey, magnetic darts, and table games. Pool table in the garage, and a playground in the back. The house is set on a hill, perfect environment for sledding in the winter.

The records can be played on a real dj turntable and a incredibly vintage sound system. I was a DJ at The Pavilion in The Pines on Fire Island and a resident DJ at Splash in NYC. I will personally show you how to play records and will even DJ a secession for you if requested. The music genre includes disco, high energy, new wave, house, popular dance music and more. The yard which is one acre with 100s of acres of forest behind it, is beautifully landscaped with beautiful flower gardens personally planted by myself and a beautiful deck to sit and watch my paradise. I will personally bring you on tours of the gardens if requested. The space is in the lower level of my home and separate from my space. You have your own entrance, bathroom and shower. The main room is like a studio apartment, the bedroom and living room together. The next room has a table for eating or working at. This space also has a small kitchen space with a Keurig, dishes, glasses, flatware, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. I supply K-Cups, teas, half & half, and water. There is a private bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer are in a small open side room in this space. The yard is about an acre of property and you have full use of the yard and if you bring your dog they will just love running in the grass. To top it all off there is even a level 2 EV charger so when you arrive you can plug in and when you wake up in the morning you’re ready to go on your adventure for the day.

Welcome to The Farm at Hyde Park; a micro farm experience like no other. The Calf Pen is a newly remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath home done with country charm and open space both inside and out. Bring your tent(s) and let the kids camp in the spacious yard. Or, pitch a party tent and have your backyard wedding with room to spare.
This spring we are planting the expanded berry patches and the new raised vegetable/herb gardens. Come stay and enjoy locally made honeys, jams and syrups along with fresh farm produce.

- "Had a wonderful time at the Calf Pen. Well-built property, very cute. Kitchen is generously furnished. We were planning to go out but it looked so nice I grabbed some supplies and made breakfast the second morning, which was a joy. Bedrooms are cozy, and the main room is pleasant to spend time in. Porch is also very charming. Slightly buggy, but even this was accounted for; there are citronella candles provided. Later in the evening we saw fireflies too!"

Even with a sizable group of friends, we felt very taken care of and had all the modern amenities and comforts needed to enjoy ourselves. The location is within very close driving/walking distance of all the essentials (restaurants, grocery, etc.) - but still maintains an element of privacy that allowed us to really decompress and lean into "vacation mode". The property was clean & well-stocked, and Theresa was an incredible host, and easy to contact for check-in, support throughout the stay, even following up with us to ensure we had a positive experience. Looking forward for another stay in the future; definitely made my 30th birthday one to remember!"
