OUR HOME
Our home is in New Paltz on 2.2 acres, 1 mile from town, close to numerous walking and biking trails. Rock climbing is extraordinary at the GUNKS - just 20 minutes away. NP is a friendly family town with restaurants, shops, and plenty of nearby farmers markets showcasing the produce of the valley's rich soil.
Our solarium room will keep you dry from occasional storms while you are surrounded by the sounds of nature.
The space
Our home has a lot of light! On the first floor there is a very large well equipped kitchen with a table for 6 and a separate dining room. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, 2 skylights, ceiling fan and gas insert fireplace. You will also find a newly remodeled full bathroom, a tv/den room with pullout sofa and a solarium leading onto a large deck.

On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms are adjacent to a bathroom with a shower/tub and 2 sinks.

On the deck you will find a new Weber, table and chairs and lounging chairs.
The back lawn is excellent for kids to play outside, throw balls and run around.

Our vegetable garden will be producing greens and lettuces and PLEASE feel free to harvest and enjoy.

I have a sitting room with couch, coffee maker, microwave and a bedroom, both private with a private entrance as well. In season, an outdoor shower is available along with the back yard.
I now have a TV in the sitting room which is Guest enabled. If you have your streaming channels password for basic channels, you can log in. All data is deleted upon your departure.
The door in the sitting room that leads to my personal quarters is locked, so that guests have complete privacy.

In addition to the bedroom with a queen size bed, I have a sleeper couch in the sitting room if needed for an extra guest.

Guest will have access to a bedroom, sitting room, full bathroom, and laundry if needed. The door accessing my upstairs will be locked.

The backyard has a table with umbrella that is available to guests for outdoor use.
