Enjoy panoramic views from our home on the North Cove of Lake Stevens. Located just around the bend from the local boat launch and Lake Stevens quaint town center where there is a small grocery store, post office, and several restaurants. Lake Stevens is nestled near the base of the Cascade Mountains just east of Everett where you can go hiking on some mountain trails or biking on the near-by Centennial Trail in the summer or go snow skiing at Stevens Pass in the winter (only 90 minutes away). The lake has plenty of fish for fishing, including trout and bass. We are also located near the new Everett Payne Field Airport.

The beach area has a private dock and there is also a sandy pebble beach for playing near the water. The waterfront area has a no wake zone from 1pm until dusk making it ideal for swimming. You can launch your water craft around the corner at the public boat launch and tie up to the dock. There is plenty of parking, even enough to park your boat trailer if needed.
There is a family room with a 60” TV, DVD player and Nintendo Switch. We also have several board games available. The Living Room and Kitchen area have lovely views of the Lake and has a lot of open space for entertaining. There is also an outdoor eating area with a large umbrella to block the afternoon sun. The dining area inside seats 6 comfortably but can easily accommodate 8 by adding a few chairs. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, dishes for 8 and plenty of plastic plates and glasses (wine, etc.) for outdoor entertaining. There is also a newer gas grill on the deck that you are welcome to use.

It was great being able to check in at 2p.m.. There was plenty of parking. We had family over and there was plenty of room for everyone. The only suggestion I would make is; I would move the desk from the Simpson room into the larger bedroom and move the smaller 4 drawer unit into the Simpson room. It would give more room in the smaller bedroom and some storage for clothing. Love the way the home was decorated. Love the lamps."

We keep the cupboards stocked with olive oil, coffee, salt, pepper, and a full spice rack. There is room in the hall way to hang up jackets.

Bedroom has a queen size Premium Beauty rest mattress, nightstand, 4-Suitcase stands and a place to hang clothes. There are also lots of open shelving.

The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels, and extra toilet paper.

Full washer and dryer available for free for your use and we provide all laundry and cleaning supplies.

Guest access
Kayaks and SUP boards with life Jackets, are available for rent (when available) and can be launched off our floating dock to access the water. Otherwise, Guests will not have access to our dock or lake side yard, but there is an amazing 9 acre public park within walking distance (approx. 1/4 mile), called "Lundeen Park" and also approx. 1/2 mile away is a boat launch swimming beach park called "Davies beach".

FYI, Lundeen Park (down the street) rents their Kayaks and SUP for $30.00 an hour + tax and $15.00 hr. + tax for life jackets. If you prefer to rent ours when available, we plan to rent out ours for less than 1/2 their price. ..Kayaks and SUP for $15.00 an hour with free life Jacket. Just let me know ahead of time what day, hours and how many you want to rent.

When available we are also willing to rent out our personal bikes for those that want to cruise around the lake or bike the Centennial trail.

Our spacious newer 2021yr Ranger 24ft Pontoon boat can also be rented when available that is conveniently moored at our Dock. Great for cruising around beautiful Lake Stevens. Comfortable seating for 10 and powered by a 115hp Mercury outboard motor. Equipped with a Bimini top, Bluetooth stereo, Ice Chest, Anchor, and plenty of storage. Adult and kid’s life vests (for 50 pounds or more) are provided (Infant Life Vest NOT provided). WA State Boater’s Card is required to operate the boat or Paid Captain. Unlike most boat rentals, gas is included! Start times are flexible and the boat is available 7 days a week

When space is available, If you want to bring your own boat, for an additional fee, we would be able to provide parking for a boat trailer and overnight boat moorage at our dock.

Any waterfront access privileges mentioned above do not include use of homeowners lawn area and are for access to the Lake water only. All children must be wearing a life jacket prior to leaving Guest house to enter the lake and be within arms length to an Adult at all times.
Other things to note
Please note that apart from the Queen bed for two people, we have 1 single/twin 10 inch airbed mattress 75" x 39" x 10" that supports up to 300 lbs, 2 elevated Coleman Comfort Smart coil suspension system single cots with padded matts, supports up to 200lbs (each cot measures approx. 5'7"L x 2'W x 15" high and are very comfortable with no bar under sleeping area). We also have a double bed size extra thick padded matt for the floor (or can be put on top of the cots or patio lounge chairs for extra cushion) to accommodate 2 more people or you can also just use the two padded single wide chaise lounge chairs on the outdoor patio that can be adjusted to lay flat. The measurements are W23.6 in. x L79.1 in. x H16.3 in.

If you bring your K9 family member, please let us know your dog's name, how big it is and breed. Dogs should be taken with you on a leash anytime you leave the unit. If you bring a kennel, then you may leave your dog in the unit for short periods as long as they do not bark.

Note: There are approx. 14 stairs (with a view) to descend from parking spot to the Guest House. And the guest house is approx. 60 -70 feet from open Lake water. Please, due to liability risk, do not go (Eastward) past guest house towards lake without permission. Thank you.

If you like to sleep in, make sure to close the curtains in the living room and bedroom because the rooms face east. Or leave them open for a beautiful sunrise experience over the Lake with Mountain view.
