Small quibbles for what is a fantastic location on the river, fabulous view of Marvão castle from the breakfast room. Lots of National walks, several of which go past the front door. For the price we paid Sever was a superb bargain."

We had been concerned about the lack of aircon, especially as we were travelling with our four-year-old daughter. However, the interior was pleasantly cool the whole time, even though it was 35 degrees outside. We didn't feel we needed aircon. The views are spectacular, especially when enjoyed from the pool. Even though the eco villa is close to the main property, it is completely private and felt very secluded and tranquil. Irene is a great host. She was in regular contact with us both before we arrived and whilst we were staying. We were very well looked after. We travel to the Marvão region often, and we are certain that we will return to Irene's property again soon. "
