- "The place is so clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and peaceful to get away from the everyday hustle. Very few cars on the road so no worry about anything keeping you awake at night. Very comfortable beds and everything you can need to cook. Grill, pots and pans, and seasonings all provided. Great communication from the host and an overall good experience. I had to get there later in the evening unfortunately, so it was harder to find and the place was chilly. Once there though I had no problems. Updated kitchen welcomes you upon entry. Some things still under construction but do yourself a favor and book this property."

We are trying to rent to both Cooperstown All Star Village and Cooperstwon Dreams Park this year. For some reason, Cooperstown All Star Village is not syncing their schedule to Cooperstown Dreams Park’s schedule. This is the first time this has happened in the 13 years that we have been renting our house. You will have to put in a reservation request and I will see if your requested stay works in our schedulte.

Camp Serenity combines early architectural features with modern amenities. We have renovated our kitchen with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The enclosed sunroom and all three queen bedrooms have gorgeous views of the water and fabulous sunsets. The queen bedroom on the first floor has a wheelchair accessible ramp with a direct entrance. The bath within this bedroom has a handicap accessible shower with zero entry. There are wood floors throughout. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. In addition to the bedrooms is a large second-floor landing. A twin bed and sleeper sofa are on the landing.
Everything one would need is provided at Camp Serenity. We have linens, towels, beach towels, spices, paper products, baggies, Henckel knives, a stone fire pit, Adirondack chairs and body wash in the showers. There is a cabinet filled with some necesities such as coffee, tea, spices, flour, sugar and syrup. The food in the cabinet varies weekly.
The 150 feet of terraced waterfront includes a generous area for outdoor seating. Swimming and fishing are both available from the dock. Located on a double sized lot, Camp Serenity has a spacious level side yard.

For the remainder of 2025, we offer weekly or weekend rentals in September and October.

We offer a six night rental from May 31- August 29, 2026. We will not take reservations or change reservations during the summer for less than six nights. If we do not rent a six night session we will consider renting for less than six nights. We do offer weekend or weekly rates in early and mid May, September and October.

Our cancellation policy is: Full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 90 days before the day you are to arrive at Camp Serenity. There are no partial refunds.
Check-in times for in-season (Late May- early September) are 5 PM check-in, 9 AM check-out. Check-in times for out of season (September-October and early May) are 4 PM check-in and a 10AM- 12 PM check-out depending on if I have guests coming in after you.

The Lakehouse is fully furnished and equipped with your every need. Included are all amenities: linens, towels, dishes, cookware, TV, cable, internet, stereo, deck, canoes and kayaks, fishing dock and raft in the water.

This house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of closet space. The Master suite is the only room which has a AC window unit and a ceiling fan. Ceiling fans are also located in the second bedroom and living room. Bathroom has a whirlpool tub and separate shower stall. A large open living room has plenty of comfy space and seating. There is also an additional pull out queen/sofa in the living room. Upstairs is an office space with a full size futon. The kitchen has all modern conveniences with a large counter and bar stools.

Boats galore! We have 2 canoes, a kayak and rowboat for you, and even supply fishing poles. The large front yard is perfect for croquette or badminton - sets which are provided. Lakeside is a large sunny deck and broad, green back yard. Sunbathe or fish from our lovely dock. Curl up with a good book or take a nap on the back deck. A gas grill is provided for cookouts and a fire pit for campfires.

This is a slice of heaven. You won't want to leave! A great retreat for your family while the young-ins play baseball. Good old fashioned R&R awaits you!

- "Very quiet, serene location. Very clean. Being in the woods keeps the cottage in the shade of trees, so the AC wasn’t too necessary. The cottage is small, as advertised. We were in cottage 1 which had the island very close to the French doors, making it somewhat difficult to get luggage in. The bed in the loft was much more comfortable than the one on the bedroom. A suggestion would be for a full length mirror. Overall this cottage worked well for the two of us. Very close (15 min) from CDP."

Bayview is a small two story cottage right on the shore of Goodyear Lake. Beautiful views of the lake morning noon and night. Bayview has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and a sleeping porch with two twins. One full bath upstairs and a half bath on the main floor. heat if needed is supplied by a gas Franklin stove centrally located in the living room. The enclosed porch is where the TV is and will be where you spend your leisure time looking out over the lake. Have a cookout after taking a swim. Bayview has a large floating dock and Kayak rentals are located near by. Cooperstown Dreams Park is located 9.5 miles away on the same road so its an easy 13 minute commute. All Star Village is even closer. There is also a large mowed field perfect for Baseball or Soccer. We also rent Pontoon Boats by the week that you can keep right at the dock or bring your own boat.

This charming home on the banks of the Susquehanna River and headwaters of Goodyear Lake is perfect for a small group looking to take advantage of water activities. Terrific location for paddling and fishing. Catch fish right from your private waterfront or explore the awesome backwater coves nearby for exciting bass fishing.

Once inside, feel like you are still on the water from the kitchen sink, dining room, and even bedroom. Enjoy the open concept layout in the living, dining and kitchen areas, with bedrooms on opposite ends of the home for a little privacy. Riverhouse has a private, covered, screened-in back deck for outdoor dining. Sip your morning coffee overlooking the slow moving water while listening to the sounds of nature. - "My wife and I stayed in the Lakeview Cottage, while my son (mostly) stayed with his teammates at Cooperstown Dreams. Lakeview Cottage is conveniently located (less than a 20 minute drive) south from Cooperstown Dreams Park, so it is roughly halfway between Cooperstown and Onnenata. The lake is beautiful, and there is also access to fishing rods, kayaks and a paddle boat, which are easily boarded from the dock area. Francine and Vince are very gracious hosts, with a wealth of insider knowledge about where to eat, and what to do in the Cooperstown area of NY. In the bedroom, there is also a day/twin size bed, which was very handy for when our son needed to stay with us for a few nights during our trip. Although we did not actually cook a meal while there, the kitchen had what we would have needed, if we chose to. We strongly recommend Lakeview Cottage for both baseball tournament guests, as well as those simply looking for lake views and amenities!"

Garth Newell - GOODYEAR LAKE - Built in 2010, Garth Newell means New House in Welsh. This private apartment is located on the lower level of the owner's home. Garth Newell guests enjoy a stone patio with rocking chairs, a deck with picnic table and a fire pit on the lawn - all overlooking the 135 foot waterfront. There is a private entrance and a dock for swimming and fishing. The owner provides three tandem kayaks,1 canoe, and a stand up paddle board, and fishing gear for your pleasure. Great Catch Cabin is centrally located between the two most visited youth baseball tournament parks in the area.
