- "The townhouse is as pictured- extremely clean, kitchen decently stocked, comfortably furnished. We are 5 adult women who rented for a weekend hiking getaway. The house itself was recently renovated to have all the modern amenities (including ones you might expect from resort hotel), but also has the thoughtful charm to be your home away from home.

The Space:
Enjoy your morning coffee by the wood burning fireplace, gazing out the picture window into the lush foliage, or an afternoon cocktail al fresco on our patio overlooking the large yard surrounded by trees. We have everything you need for the perfect getaway, whether you love hiking, skiing, relaxing, cooking, adventuring or all of the above.

The Space
The Living Room is our favorite spot to enjoy in the house. Start up the wood burning fireplace and make the house feel super cozy. Lounge on the sofas and gaze out the picture windows to enjoy the view of lush foliage, switch on the Smart TV (where you can easily sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming account) for movie night or the big game or enjoy a one of our board games with your group. The living room is an open space to the kitchen which has an expansive island with counter stools and dining table with enough seating for your group to dine together.

Sleeping Arrangements
Maple Lodge has 7 traditional bedrooms which all together can sleep up to 14 guests. With 4 King Size Bedrooms (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom en suite), 1 Queen Size Bedroom, 2 bedrooms with (2) Twin Size Beds each, you will find room for your entire group to spread out. All bedrooms feature Casper Mattresses, quality linens and are thoughtfully decorated. Smart TVs are in five of the bedrooms as well where you can easily sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming account (we don't have cable). All bedrooms have a spacious closet with shelving or a dresser, so you can comfortably unpack for your stay.

The Kitchen
The Kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and finishes as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, general spices, and basically all the tools you need to make morning pancakes, spaghetti Bolognese dinner, and everything in between. (Groceries not provided.) For morning coffee, there is a coffee machine, please feel free to bring along your favorite roast. You will find all the dish ware, serve ware, and drink ware you need for such a large group to dine, but don’t worry, we have you covered with a dishwasher too.

Bathrooms
There are 4 bathrooms at Maple Lodge. Off the main living area, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs the en suite master bathroom includes a spacious shower, and a vanity. The third bathroom has a combination shower/tub. And the fourth bathroom has shower and a soaking tub, as well as a double vanity. All of our bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer in each, and super plush towels.

Outdoors
Step outside and you will find a large deck with two dining tables- enough space for 14, and If BBQ-ing is your thing, we have you covered with a propane grill. An extra tank is provided in case the one there runs low and needs to be swapped out. Further out in the yard is a fire pit surrounded with Adirondack chairs for your entire group to gather around (limited firewood supply).

As parents ourselves, we understand the fun and challenges that come with traveling with kids. We’ve stocked our home with creature comforts to make your stay with smaller guests more enjoyable. For dining we have BPA free plastic dinnerware and cups for the kids as well as a high chair for our smallest of guests. Our home has a pack and play, a babybjorn bouncer, and wipeable changing table. The twin bed room has a handful of wood toys and books for your kiddos enjoyment. Our shared bathroom that has a shower tub combo has a handheld shower head to make bath time a little easier for parents. In the kitchen drawers, you'll find outlet covers should you need them for your stay. Lastly, we have a (non wifi) baby monitor you can use thru your visit, perfect for keeping an eye on your sleeping kids while you enjoy the fire pit under the stars.

Stepping out of the house? Keep your belongings safe and secure by remembering to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property.

CHECK OUT
Our check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (it’s ok to place the remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Don’t forget to do a final walk thru of the house to make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items.

RECYCLING
Guests can leave the recycling items on a separate bag in the house. Cleaning team will take care of it after guests leave.

Please note that we are not responsible for any items left behind. Lina will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check out but we do not guarantee if they can be found.

LAKE ACCESS
Please note that although the house has a lake view, the lake has not been tested and it is not recommended for swimming or performing any other activity. Exploring the lake means you would be at your own risk and any liability waivers won’t apply.

FRIENDS OF MOTHER NATURE
Please note that we are located in the countryside, surrounded by trees and foliage. Although we have regularly scheduled pest control services in and around the home and yard, you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature. We ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the amount of outdoor creatures from sneaking in.

PETS
We love pets and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if your are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and décor is new and pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your pets may cause. The maximum number of dogs we allow is two.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/media equipment, stereo equipment or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by our team, a maintenance service professional may be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE LINA WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. Lina will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.

- "The house was immaculate can’t be more than 1-2 years old. Large rooms and beds. Plenty of bathrooms.all open floor plan 1st floor kitchen living room and dining area. For 10 old men it was fantastic. Thanks to Lina and crew could not ask for more." - "The property is really very nice. It is remodeled and has beautiful furnishings and decor., with large amounts of glass to get sun and views. There are Balfour covers for each large window, which was nice. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a 6 seat breakfast bar and a large table for the big family meal. Every bed was comfortable and the pillows and duvees were clean and warm. TVs in each room a nice touch. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms made for easy situations as family arrived. FYI It is about 1.2 miles to the drop off for Hunter. If you want to go tubing make reservations early. It sells out fast. There is also a small sledding hill in the back so bring a sled for the kids. There is also a small swing set and slide. And there is a pack n play and high chair for the baby. The refrigerator was making loud noises and we got a quick response from the manager on how to make a simple adjustment. All in all it was a perfect house for us. Very nice A brief note for the owners….. the house was missing a spatula, also being smoothee drinkers it would be nice to have a blender. The snow shovel needs to be replaced."

Cook a fresh meal with your family and friends, watch a movie or curl up with a book by the fire. This condo offers everything you need for your mountaintop getaway.

The condo is recently updated and well-appointed. There is Keurig coffee maker stocked with K cups as well as a tea kettle and tea. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. The bedroom has a queen bed and the main living space offers an additional queen bed by way of a very comfortable memory foam mattress in a fold-out sleeper sofa. There are two TVs in the unit that offer access to all streaming platforms.

We find the space fits a family of 4 or 3 adults most comfortably.

The condo is on the ground floor end unit and has neighboring units above and to one side. It is a true ski in, ski out condo with a short path connecting our front door directly to the trails on Hunter Mountain. Click in and ski or board straight down to the base area to catch the lift back up to the top. You can also ski back to the condo for lunch and after last chair.

The base lodge area of Hunter Mountain is easily accessible by skis, walking or driving. Hunter Mountain offers skiing, boarding and tubing, as well as a restaurant and bar. Also accessible by a short walk or drive is the town of Hunter. There you can dine at a number of great spots including Fellow Cafe, Prospect at Scribner's and Jagerberg Beer Hall to name a few. The village of Tannersville is a 5 minute drive and Windham Mountain and village is a 15 minute drive.

The cleaning fee is used to pay a professional and local cleaning company that thoroughly cleans the unit in between guests. All linens including bedding covers, and all towels are washed after each stay.

Free parking passes provided for up to two vehicles that must be displayed in windshield. The parking lot is directly in front of the condo.

Oversized picture frame windows capture the outside, like a perpetual mural that changes by the season. Access to the impressive triangle deck that is almost 50' above the ground with outdoor lounge, dining and hang out areas.

Lower level features walkout with private triangle deck and 4 swinging chairs with access to the spa level featuring the Bullfrog STIL 7 6 capacity hot tub. Another living space, wet bar/game area, Queen room and second bedroom with twin beds and full bath complete the package.

We are one of the only properties on the mountain to have almost an acre of property with plenty of space to hang inside or out, walking distance to the ski slopes and lodge.
