- "Brodie- on arrival the property was as it should be, clean, tidy and bright however when it came yk the evening the flat was very very cold. Electric storage heating however they hadn’t been switched on. Ni light in the bathroom - television nor Alexa tuned in. We only stayed one night out of three as it was to cold for my young grandchildren in the evening I . found the Wi-Fi box Just before I left.
