- "Brand new" - "It is brand new and everything seemed to go flawlessly. Staff was nice at checkin and the place was clean as a whistle. After I parked my car and got my suitcase I proceeded to walk towards the entry door and I heard someone say, “Hello, welcome!” I looked to my left and there was a woman looking at me with a big smile standing on the flower bed pulling a few weeds. Upon walking inside we were greeted again with a warm welcome and big smiles from the front desk staff. The hotel and rooms have a really nice neutral modern look, I loved that the rooms are suites as we had a comfortable sofa for tv watching that converts into a pull out bed if needed. The lobby had a really nice bar and after dinner the first night we sat at it and had a nice cocktail. The hotel had a great complimentary breakfast with everything that you could want for a complete breakfast and the coffee was great. We only had one very minor issue with the shower head and we happen to be walking out of the elevator to go out and my husband saw a guy that was an employee and it turned out he was the maintenance guy. My husband explained the issue to him and he was very nice by the time we got back to the hotel we ran into him again and he said he took care of it. This hotel was lovely and is in a great location with a friendly, attentive staff that made our stay perfect. I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again. "

This charming cape-cod style home has wood floors and old charm. In the living room you'll find a large built-in book case, with a fireplace (not usable) and two comfy sofas and a sitting chair. Through the foyer there's an office with a large desk and chair. There's a dining room off of the small kitchen that overlooks the manicured back lawn. An open stone side porch offers a quiet place to sit outside and enjoy the country air. In the basement you'll also find a quite sitting area with a fireplace ( not for use) and small sofa; around the corner you'll find another room with a small tv, a radio and an elliptical; further around the corner you can make use of a full-size bathroom and washer and dryer. On the second floor enjoy 2 roomy bedrooms with walk-in closets; these bedrooms have windows to the east and west for a great source of natural light.

My daughter occupied the basement area as her own separate pad with TV futons and full bath. My husband and I and son took the upstairs bedrooms. All with TVs and A/C The. Kitchen fully equipped and meals in the dining area looking out to pretty backyard. Thoroughly relaxing and tranquil inside or outside on the patio. We really enjoyed this home after being on the lacrosse field in the heat of the day. Drive by well maintained and pristine properties and river canal to get to this location. Don’t forget to visit the Canal side Cup. The ice cream was the best! Thad, the property owner, was very nice and responsive. Thank you Thad!"

We really appreciated how clean the home was and the ease of checking in since we arrived very late at night. The drive to the college was under ten minutes so it was no issue to come back to the house for mid-day naps and head back out for afternoon activities. We try to keep our prices low, we cater mostly to working adults, but all are welcome. House is clean, comfortable and has all the necessities, but is not opulent. Also located in a neighborhood that is generally regarded to be very safe. Automatic outdoor security lighting.

We cater mostly to working travelers. Vintage house, very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for matching towels and chocolate on the pillow, this is not for you. But anyone who just needs a clean and comfortable place, with all the necessities, parking, and in a safe neighborhood, you are welcome to stay.
