No guests allowed and absolutely no shoes in the house. We have elderly people who needed support and the no shoe policy was painful for us. Our parents live nearby & proximity to their home as well as the many shopping options couldn't have been better. The Denver airport is about 30 min away & made it easy to get to & from without issues. Check in/out was easy and host communication was wonderful. The home & surrounding property itself is lovely. Our host, Sara, made it festive & included decorated Christmas trees, holiday decor & special touches throughout. The house (4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms) was plenty big for the adults & the little ones, & the downstairs was extra roomy - a perfect place to run around. The adults enjoyed the pool table & the large sectional-which was very comfy. The perfect room for our Christmas morning present opening. There was plenty of kitchen space for lots of helpers for meal prep, & appliances for everything you might need. The dining room was large enough for all of us to gather around the table-as well as a few bar top spaces if needed. It snowed while we were there & just outside our back yard was a cute park that we played at a number of times. Although we did not get to use it, the back deck had patio furniture, BBQ grills, firepit, and a hot tub, & I can imagine it would be perfect for enjoying in the summertime as well.
