THE SPACE:
We are so happy to welcome guests to this space as we have personally been part of the design and building. We strive to offer a warm, welcoming, and cozy getaway for our guests. Nestled in a whimsical forest setting, we have a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite with BBQ, private fenced yard with picnic table and comfy patio furniture under pergola to relax under. Suitable for a couples getaway, family vacation, or small group of friends! Bonus, we are dog friendly however cats are not permitted due to allergies. We have one very friendly dog and Tazzie loves to meet everyone!

We feel the suite is suitable for children over 6 years of age – as we do not offer cribs, safety gates or cabinet locks. Terrain on the property for strollers or wagons is also not suitable.

RV’s and Boats are welcome!
We love our RV, camper, boating folks - we have plenty of parking for your RV, boats or trailers.

I call my home Lake House. It comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Covered deck next to the furnished patio/garden with a gas BBQ. From there you walk into your spacious open concept fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave & many small appliances. In the family room a stone fireplace with a gas insert and a flat screen smart TV, all overlooking the unobstructed panoramic breathtaking view of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding mountains.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom, has a queen bed with a full size closet. The bathroom has a shower, water closet and 2 sinks. The laundry room has stacking full size washer and dryer. There is an office with a desk and chair and comes with lots of storage and wifi.
At Lake House you are a short 10 walk (950m) to the lake, were you will find boutiques, shops, cafe/bakery and rentals with paddle boards, kayaks canoes and bikes and on the water you will find Wibit, it's an on the water Play Park for ages 5 and up & they supply life jackets. It's a15 min walk (1.2km) from Lake House to Peachland Mall for groceries, restaurants, gas, banking, pharmacy, post office, liquor store and more. Also across from the Mall you will find tennis and pickle ball courts and a skate park.
Once at the beach you can meander along the pathway next to the lake which takes you to the Village of Peachland. Along the way you will pass Swim Bay the only life guard patrolled beach/swimming area in the Okanagan, it has a rope swim, diving board and zip line over the water. You will also pass the Art Gallery, indoor artisan store and Bat Ecology Centre. A short walk from there you will be in the village where you will find more restaurants, pubs, shops, pharmacy, hardware store, salons, museum, Tourist Information and more. At Heritage Park is were you will find a play ground, water splash pad for the kids and the Sunday Farmers Market. Dock Side Marina in the village has affordable boat and jet ski rentals for you to enjoy and have fun on the water.
Hiking trails are just minutes from Lake house and we are centrally located, only 30 minutes drive to the City of Kelowna and Penticton and a 10 minute drive to
Westbank/West Kelowna which has the convenience of large retail outlets, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling, golfing, spa's and much more.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation experience in this beautiful fully-furnished two-bedroom and two bathroom vacation rental. Our vacation guest house is located right on Beach Avenue in the quaint village of Peachland, BC. Situated on Peachland’s Beachfront Walk, alongside a continuous public beach with a marina, boat rentals, boat launch, lifeguard-supervised Swim Bay, art gallery, tourist information. Enjoy a beautiful stroll to fabulous restaurants, bakery/bistro, pubs and unique shops. It is an easy walk to the IGA grocery store, strip mall, parks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, skateboard park, fitness trail. Paddleboard, kayak and bicycle rentals nearby.

Our Beachfront Vacation Guest House (950 sq ft) has two bedrooms each with queen-sized bed. The sofa in the living room has a fold-out queen-sized mattress as well. The unit will sleep six, but it is best suited for four people. There is a large deck with a barbecue and outdoor dining furniture. The guest house is on the second level with a beautiful view of Lake Okanagan during the day and with the night lights of Peachland Town Centre reflecting on the water after dark.

The Guest House is air-conditioned, has new laundry appliances, wi-fi and a flat screen Smart TV including Netflix. It is like new and immaculately clean. This is a no children/ no smoking/no pets accommodation. We have been operating our vacation rental since 2017, and the majority of our bookings are now returning guests. Guests who have 'discovered ' us often return year after year. The feedback we most often receive are comments such as: Immaculately clean, well-equipped, the large deck with the beautiful view day and night, the location on Okanagan Lake and situated in the centre of beautiful Beach Ave with several kilometers of walking/cycling/bicycling right along the water.

The single bedroom has a queen bed and is quite roomy. There is a closet and additional storage.

There is a sofa-bed in the living room that provides comfortable seating as well as a queen size bed.

On the Premises and Meals:

Your meals will be self-catered. We supply a few breakfast items to start your stay: coffee pods, tea, milk, O.J eggs, bread, and yogurt and portions of peanut butter, and jam. Once they are gone then you would buy what you want. We keep you stocked in condiments including ketchup, mustard, mayo, butter. We also provide cooking oil and spices.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a snack or a major feast or take advantage of the excellent restaurants in Peachland. There is a BBQ on your private deck

We supply towels, beach towels, bedlinen, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. There's a hair dryer that you can use as well as an iron and ironing board.

There are beach chairs and backpacks available so you can enjoy the great beaches in Peachland and Summerland.

We have special winter rates avaliable from October to April for bookings 28 days or longer. Please contact the hosts for a quote.

- "Wonderful accomodations" - "Everything we had imagined only even better if that’s possible" - "The pictures don’t do this VRBO justice - the views of the lake are spectacular from the deck surrounded by evergreens and the accommodations are clean and cozy. Murray went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after and even dropped off a bowl of freshly- picked cherries for us! One small suggestion would be an upgrade to the wifi - it was virtually impossible to download anything on any of our devices. But overall, a great stay. Thanks, Murray!"

We made 3 meals while there (including 1 BBQ), and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need.
