- "We were cycling around the Luberon and Pertuis was the starting place for us. The rooms were large - they let us wheel our bikes into our room. We could sit on our terrace outside our room and have our wine. There was a restaurant next door that was very good. They had a pool but it was too cold for me! Very quiet, good clean room, good breakfast. The only thing to know is that it is about a 8 minute cycle ride into town. We have lights on our bikes so that was ok with us (and it was downhill coming home!)"

For myself personally although dogs are welcome on looking houses have dogs which when let out did bark quite a bit which prevented letting our dog out for periods of time. Gite St Sophie is perfect if you’re looking for calm, tranquillity, open space and ‘real Provence’ It sits in a lovely location, at the end of a farm track, surrounded by 7 hectares of vineyards. Throughout the year the landscape and colours change and the in summer the vines come right up to the terrace of your gite.

The traditional gite is well furnished and includes a few interesting and antique artefacts.
