- "Would easily recommend for convenience when visiting or working in the area. The property was on the highway with free parking, but bushes helped with sight and noise of road. Two minute walk to shopping complex with grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants, and easy 3km run through cute town and neighbourhoods to trails on the river. Staff were very friendly, and we were in the newly renovated part of the hotel, with smart TVs, big beds, and no one above us. Breakfast wasn't fancy but lots of options and a great feature - eggs, toast, hashbrowns, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, and meat. Only hiccup was trying to use the hot tub; a youth hockey team had gone in prior, added bubbles, and so the staff had to drain and re-fill, which meant that the staff ensured it was clean but it wasn't yet hot by the time we wanted to go in. Not a big issue for us, and we went back when we passed through again. One evening we had amazing pizza takeout from a local place and it was convenient having the minifridge for leftovers. Big thanks to the super friendly staff."
