The main floor has all the luxuries that you would want, a gourmet kitchen with a 5 burner gas cooktop, a 10-foot island to entertain, a dedicated fridge and freezer with a double wall oven, and a warming drawer. Stay fit with a full-sized gym with an elliptical and treadmill or head out to one of the local trails within minutes. In the night enjoy a movie in the home theatre room on a 10-foot screen or entertain the kids with Wii U, PS3 or play a game of pool. The space
Just a quick note to let you know that our guest suite is located on the main level of our house—there’s no basement—while our family lives on the 2nd floor. It’s just my wife and me, our two teenagers, and our lovable Labradoodle, Kizou. He’s a friendly, people-loving fluffball, but if you’re not a fan of dogs or feel uncomfortable, no worries—Kizou will stay out of your way. He’s always with us, either on a leash, inside the house, or safely in our fully fenced yard. He is generally very calm and quiet - guests have even been surprised to learn that we have a dog

You’ll enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance by the side of our house. For your safety and to help us maintain a peaceful environment, we have an outdoor security camera that monitors the path leading to your door.

There is lots of free parking on the street, bike paths and pedestrian paths make exploring North Vancouver easy and fun

You’ll have exclusive access to a charming patio in our lush garden, located by our magnificent giant Oak Tree. This spot offers a perfect retreat with shade during the hottest part of the day. It’s a lovely place to enjoy a drink at sunset or savor a morning coffee while catching the sunrise. Feel free to relax and make the most of this serene outdoor space during your stay!

Other things to note

Our house and suite have been recently renovated with polyurethane insulation, which helps make them quite soundproof for music and conversations. However, you might occasionally hear some noise from footsteps during the day, though we do our best to keep it minimal. We’re usually in bed by 10 PM, and our teenagers are either in school during the day or sleeping in until around 11 AM on non-school days.

Given this, our rental isn’t ideal for parties or loud gatherings. We strive to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and appreciate your understanding and respect for our home and neighborhood. For longer stays, all consumable supplies will be included for at least one week.

Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cutlery for your whatever your cooking and eating needs. Washing machine with detergent is included. Dryer and iron are also available.

In the shower room I provide amenities such as new toothbrush, new tooth toothpaste, new shampoo, and new hair conditioner, and new body wash.

Free parking in front of my house. (A parking for my Airbnb guest use only)

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to my home in the beautiful, lush, greenery of the North Shore mountains. Walking distance from the international renown North Shore trails and minutes away from all local ski hills, Grouse, Seymour and Cypress, home of the 2010 Winter Olympics. 10 minutes away from the Capilano Suspension Bridge and minutes away from Lynn Canyon. 5 minutes from the busy Lonsdale Avenue where you can enjoy international flavours from around the world or sip on your coffee at the Lonsdale Quay overlooking the Vancouver Harbour.

My house is newly renovated with fresh hotel-quality linens and towels and with all the amenities to ensure your comfort. The suite is a one bedroom and one bathroom unit which is meticulously taken care of. It can sleep up to 3 adults comfortably.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Washroom comes with all toiletries and the washer and dryer comes with soap and fabric softner. Butler not included.

There is free parking out front dedicated for my guests only. A bus station is 1 minute walk away.

Enjoy the great outdoors of North Vancouver and nestle comfortably in my home.
