- "I booked this duplex on very last minute notice as an in between stay between Las Vegas and Denver. We wanted to see the area and visit the Royal Gorge which was only a 30 minute drive. The property was very clean and comfortable. My kids and I got to experience a long thunder and lightning storm during our stay which I didn’t even know was going in until I opened the door. Being from CA, we don’t get storms like those. The neighborhood was very quiet and I love how all the properties are spread out. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street that had everything we needed for our home cooked meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in the area. Nathan, our host, was very quick to respond with any questions I had with the property. Thank you Nathan for a very pleasant stay at your property."

Pueblo West is conveniently located just about 10 minutes from Pueblo, 2 hours south of Denver, and an hour from Colorado Springs. The community is safe and friendly.

We have the fastest wifi in the area (15mbps), but we do not guarantee these speeds at all hours of the day. WIFI password is provided on premises

NO PETS:
We are NOT able to host any pets unfortunately. Please inquire about our other properties if you wish to bring a pet.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, peaceful area. There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution. Please respect our neighbors by following the county's Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from any loud outdoor noise or disturbances by 10pm. Failure to respect quiet hours or after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NO OUTDOOR MUSIC:
Guests must refrain from any outdoor music playing from amplifiers or bluetooth speakers at ANY time of day or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community even outside of quiet hours.

No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors and at least 15 feet away from any open exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival.
