Unfortunately, the start of our holiday was spoiled by a rude and unprofessional male receptionist who mishandled an issue with our booking. Management needs to recognise her excellent service and take proper action regarding the individual on reception, as first impressions are vital.my holiday was spoiled after arguing in front of my kids which could have been handled better by the male individual first impressions count. There are also some concerns that let the five-star standard down: long queues, which should not be an issue at this level, and a lot of flies around the snack area. This was off-putting and definitely put the kids off eating food there, which raises hygiene concerns."

First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool. Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children refused to stay after the first night.
