Lovely restaurants right near property. A few mozzies about in June....got a few bites. In a secure 'urbanisation' with a fob to open security gate so parking outside property was easy. Supermarket was a walk away, or very short drive...with carpark and café. Driving to Las Alpujarras and Valle de Lecrín in the mountains or Nerja (great caves) on the coast is easy. Lots to see and do, or have a beach holiday. Sand is coarse and gravelly so not good for sand castles. Sea gets deep quite quickly but is usually calm. They put out an inflatable activity thing on the sea when we were there..."

Very safe area even at night with police and security regularly patrolling.
