Supermarket was a walk away, or very short drive...with carpark and café. Driving to Las Alpujarras and Valle de Lecrín in the mountains or Nerja (great caves) on the coast is easy. Lots to see and do, or have a beach holiday. Sand is coarse and gravelly so not good for sand castles. Sea gets deep quite quickly but is usually calm. They put out an inflatable activity thing on the sea when we were there..."

- "Everything about this villa is awesome. The views are amazing. The layout of the villa is super cozy and comfortable. The master bedroom and the view from the balcony is very special. Everything we needed was available. Had a lovely time. Just a small improvement we would recommend is to address the power consumption/load issue which kept tripping the main power off. Its very dangerous especially for families with kids to have a black out when its dark. Maybe install backup/battery emergency lighting to provide some visibility. This lovely villa is located in a peaceful and quiet side street on the most exclusive and well-maintained urbanization in Salobreña, Monte de los Almendros.

The villa is built all on one level which is very convenient for daily living. From the dining area there is a fantastic Sea-view. As the day becomes warmer the sliding doors can be opened and the perfumes of the plants from the tropical garden as well as the singing birds will accompany you when zipping your morning coffee. There is 180 degrees see view and the sun will shine at you from the morning to the evening.

All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air-condition. There is a well-equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher and a washing-machine. There is one big family-bedroom with a double bed and lot of space for a children cot and a bathroom ensuite. At the other side of the villa there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each. These rooms share the second bathroom. In all bedrooms there are cupboards. In the middle of the villa there is a living room with two sofas and a coffee table. There is a fireplace, Smart-TV, DVD-player, radio and Wi-Fi. If you find Tennis-rackets and balls in the house, please feel free to use at the Tennis-court in the community-area.

A few steps from the front door you will find a relaxing and sunny terrace and a heated pool, 8x3 meters with a depth up to 1,8 meters. The heated pool will allow you to use the pool all year around, as for example an afternoon-swim after a day with skiing in Sierra Nevada only 70 minutes away. A charcoal-barbeque-bar, an outdoor shower and dining area will make you spend a lot of time to enjoy life at this relaxing terrace-area that also offer privacy. The house and terrace are surrounded by a mature garden where you will find, mangos, orange-trees, lemon, lime-trees and of course almond-trees and other tropical plants. There is appr. 2 km to the sea and the beaches. In the surrounding areas there are more than 40 beaches to explore. This Tropical coast-area is known for Europe’s mildest winter climate, offer great nature and culture sceneries. Salobreña itself is a Spanish unspoiled cozy town with the old town as a white sugar-bites climbing the cliff with the Moorish Castle, a church, and a museum at the top. There are lots of Tapas-bars, restaurants in town and in the beach area and a couple of well assorted supermarkets.

In only 10 minutes by car from the villa you will reach Motril with big shopping centers and a Golf facility. From the beaches and the town, you can see the snowy peaks of Sierra Nevada during winter-season while enjoying the fabulous mild and sunny weather. Some spots and distances: Granada and Alhambra 45 minutes, Sierra Nevada ski resorts 70 minutes, Almunécar and La Herradura 10-15 minutes, Nerja 25 minutes and Malaga 70 minutes.

Villa Nena is located in Monte de Los Almendros which is one of the best urbanizations in Andalusia. It belongs to the municipality of Salobreña, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, with its white houses, its Arab castle on a rock, its charming beaches, separated by the Rock (former Phoenician cemetery). The views of the house are sensational, you can see the Arabian castle that illuminated at night makes you dream of times past, the beautiful beaches, the mountains and the village of Salobreña.

The land on which the house is built has 800m2 and the house has 300m2.

The house has two floors:
- Ground floor with an apartment with two beds furniture, a large sofa, a bar furniture and a bathroom. It is connected to the pool area by a sliding door.
- First floor with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. The views from the terrace and the rooms with the Arabian castle opposite are spectacular.

The land is divided into three different zones:
- Beautiful entrance to the farm through a gate that gives way to the parking lot where three vehicles can fit. This car park is decorated with a running garden with a variety of flowers.
- Front with lawn, barbecue and heated swimming pool of 7 x 3 m. The pool is chlorinated saline and has an automatic cover of polycarbonate solar that the climatizes. From the garden you can also see the Arab castle.
- Back with a bancal with fruit trees: orange, lemon, mandarins, avocados, mangos, pear, apple, olive, pomegranate, plum and grape vines. True tropical delicacies.

Villa Casa Tomise was built in 2013 in Andalusian style with a modern touch, such as large panoramic windows and high ceilings that ensure a light and spacious living space.
The garden extends up to the coastline 100 meters below and the only sounds you can hear are the waves, birds and crickets in the evening - an unforgettable location to relax and unwind. The views are phenomenal: the Mediterranean Sea, the city of Salobreña with the mountains as a backdrop and a vast coastline.

The large rooms on the ground floor open onto the terrace and overlook the hydromassage pool and the vast blue Mediterranean Sea. There is a large open plan living room with a sunken arched lounge that offers space for two large sofas, a leather armchair, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with international channels. The dining room seats up to 8 people, has a sideboard full of games and a well-stocked bookcase. The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen has a centrally located island unit with extra sink and a wood-covered breakfast bar. The countertops are all made of granite and the units are made of painted oak. There is a large refrigerator, a 4-burner gas hob, an electric oven and a dishwasher. At the rear of the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, microwave, two freezers and here is also a toilet.
The bedrooms are all on the first floor. Three of the four bedrooms are south facing and have an unobstructed view of the sea. The fourth bedroom overlooks the small 'zen' courtyard. All bedrooms have a balcony and are air-conditioned (there are also fans available for those who prefer not to use the A / C and want to sleep with an open window, so you can enjoy the sound of the sea). Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds with private shower rooms (the master suite has a massage shower); there is another standard double room and a room with two single beds and a family bathroom with a double sink.
On the top floor is a large roof terrace with an extra fridge.
Outside there are several niches with tables for eating - including a beautifully curved covered dining area. On the side of the house is a small 'zen' garden with a fountain - a wonderfully quiet place to live if life in the pool becomes too hectic! On the terrace by the pool there is a large pergola that provides much needed shade from the afternoon sun and there is a comfortable corner unit. There is a gas BBQ on this level, along with sun beds and other chairs. The infinity pool is salt water (much softer on the skin, hair and eyes), with underwater lighting and a separate part of the pool with hydromassage and 8 seats. There is also an outdoor shower.
The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can get away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also take wonderful walks, is less than a 75-minute drive away, so can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your swimming pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which lies on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.
Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of more than 20˚C. For those interested in art, architecture and history, this region offers the best that Andalusia has to offer. You will be impressed by the charm and beauty of this area. - "Pros: Stunning! Just finished a fabulous two week stay here and was sad to leave. Beautiful views, quiet, clean and a lovely well equipped living space with easy access to restaurants, stores in Salobreña and Almñécar. The heated pool was well maintained and worth the additional cost. Lots of outdoor space for sitting out/eating, allowing for sun or if you prefer shaded. A great base for activities - we skied in Sierra Nevada, golfed in Salobreña and played tennis on the local court. - "Pros: A fantastic villa shared by 7 of us. Communication with Helene and Ian was great at all times and they were there to meet and welcome us as we arrived from Almeria airport (much smaller and easier than Malaga airport). The villa itself is lovely and the pool proved the hit for the 3 teens and 4 adults. With 3 separate seating areas there is plenty of outdoor space to make your own and enjoy the superb views over the sea. Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures the heat of the day doesn't spoil your sleep. And the villa itself has everything you need - from dishwasher tablets and soap for cleaning, herbs, spices and oils for cooking through to matches for the candles and BBQ - you just need your own food and drink!! Salobrena is 10 mins away and has a wide choice of restaurants on the beach front and also in the town. Would recommend a trip to Nerja and also Granada along with tour into the villages of the Sierra Nevada. All in all a lovely 2 weeks and would highly recommend the villa and area to others."

Villa El Pino is a beautiful and spacious Spanish style villa, which is located in the upper part of the urbanisation “El Monte de los Almendros” and has a breathtaking view.
When entering the property, you will be greeted by a large terrace. On the right side there is an open parking lot, where you can park at least one car and you can comfortably leave another one in the closed garage. The terrace with sea view on the left is next to the outside door of the kitchen, which is the anteroom to the garden area. Here towers a large pine tree over the property surrounding the house and the pool area.
As soon as you enter the villa, the feeling of spaciousness is very perceptible. The high ceilings with wooden beams, the large living room and the light falling through the large windows create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room has a built-in fireplace to enjoy the nights with a blanket on the sofa during the few cold months of the year. The living room has a large L-shaped terrace with an incomparable view of the sea and the mountains. Part of the terrace is glazed and has comfortable garden furniture. The other part communicates with the kitchen and at the large table you can enjoy a delicious meal or other activities with family and friends. On the same level there is a small bathroom with a toilet and washbasin.

- "We came from US for Spring Break and the Villa exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly maintained and very comfortable. Spacious grounds with beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Beds comfortable and private. It was hard to leave to sightsee! A few pointers … it is up high on a hill so a 4 wheel drive automatic helped us traverse through it. Also, there are short sets of stairs to the bedrooms that added to privacy and peace for us but could be obstacles for others. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and even made lemonade with lemons from the yard! Highly recommend the restaurant at hotel Miba for dinner. Finally the Villa Colores Team was fantastic and made us feel very safe and cared for in Spain."

Villa Royal has four bedrooms, all suitable for double occupancy. There is also a sofa bed, allowing the villa to accommodate ten guests. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The heated infinity pool (12 x 4.5 m) is perfect for swimming and relaxation. The villa is suitable for people with limited mobility and those using a wheelchair. Upon request, a safety gate for small children can be placed around the pool.

At Villa Royal, you can reach the front door with your car and enter the villa without any steps. Upon entering the villa, you'll notice how spacious and bright it is. The hallway leads to a large open living room with a glass facade spanning the entire width and a high ceiling, offering you a breathtaking panoramic view. There is a modern seating area with a TV and a fireplace for winter evenings. The integrated, modern kitchen features a kitchen island and all the necessary appliances to prepare a delicious dinner. The island has several bar stools where you can sit to keep the chef company while enjoying the sea view. There are both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a wide range of European and international channels.

Through the sliding doors, the living room has direct access to the spacious terrace with the heated infinity pool and an outdoor shower. On the terrace, there are lounge sofas and sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful view for hours. During the summer months, the sunshades and umbrellas provide plenty of shade. At the spacious dining table for ten people, you can enjoy delicious meals until the early hours, prepared on the large gas barbecue. You can also relax by playing a game of table tennis on the full-size outdoor table tennis table located on the terrace.

There are two large bedrooms with king-size beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds; one of each type of bedroom per floor. Glass sliding doors provide access to the terraces, and from the bed, each bedroom offers a spectacular view of the surroundings. Waking up in this villa is amazing!

The entire villa has central hot and cold air conditioning, which can be controlled individually per room. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. There is an indoor garage for two cars. Since the ground floor of the villa is accessible by car and two bedrooms, the living room/kitchen, and the terrace with the pool are located on the ground floor, the villa is ideal for people with limited mobility and wheelchair users. Villa Royal is located on the beautiful hill Monte de los Almendros. The community recreational area is within walking distance and guests can use the communal tennis court, paddle tennis court, football field, and playground without charge. During the summer months, the large communal swimming pool, children's pool, and a small snack bar are also open.

The beach, restaurants, and shops are less than a ten-minute drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada, or Almeria are all easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are plenty of things to see and do: the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, where you can also enjoy great hiking, is less than 75 minutes away, so you can ski in the morning (from December to April) and relax on the beach or by the pool in the afternoon.
