When we arrived the person at the reception was friendly but just checked in without explaining the accomodations. Where we have to go for breakfast or how to go to the beach. That was a pitty. The food at the hotel is really nice and you have a lot of choice. Every evening there is a theme for dinner. The personal in the restaurant and at the pool are really friendly and nice to kids. Everything in the hotel was very clean. Every day they came with fresh food or ice cream at the pool for free for everyone. In the pool the kids cannot use a floatable toy although it's a family hotel and the pool is really big. Overall it was a nice holiday and we had a lot of fun."
