Beautiful villa with exceptional views and wonderful facilities. Plot of 1000 m2 with house of 400 m2 built. On three floors. 165m2 ground floor with entrance to the house through a 'vestibule' or typical Andalusian house entrance with plants, flowers and decorations. When we walked through the main entrance to the dealer and see an open floor plan, zoned, distributed comfortable and original levels. It is situated: the kitchen with center island and table for 6; a large dining table for 10 people; a lounge with fireplace and 2 sofa; a beautiful room with table for playing cards; a charming reading area and the original chess table; quarter plate with washer and dryer; a toilet; a room for cleaning utensils and waste recycling; an exit to the patio where the living-machines of the pool and rack for clothes is; gateway to BBQ and first floor access stairs.

- "Everything about this villa is awesome. The views are amazing. The layout of the villa is super cozy and comfortable. The master bedroom and the view from the balcony is very special. Everything we needed was available. Had a lovely time. Just a small improvement we would recommend is to address the power consumption/load issue which kept tripping the main power off. Its very dangerous especially for families with kids to have a black out when its dark. Maybe install backup/battery emergency lighting to provide some visibility. This lovely villa is located in a peaceful and quiet side street on the most exclusive and well-maintained urbanization in Salobreña, Monte de los Almendros.

The villa is built all on one level which is very convenient for daily living. From the dining area there is a fantastic Sea-view. As the day becomes warmer the sliding doors can be opened and the perfumes of the plants from the tropical garden as well as the singing birds will accompany you when zipping your morning coffee. There is 180 degrees see view and the sun will shine at you from the morning to the evening.

All bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with air-condition. There is a well-equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher and a washing-machine. There is one big family-bedroom with a double bed and lot of space for a children cot and a bathroom ensuite. At the other side of the villa there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each. These rooms share the second bathroom. In all bedrooms there are cupboards. In the middle of the villa there is a living room with two sofas and a coffee table. There is a fireplace, Smart-TV, DVD-player, radio and Wi-Fi. If you find Tennis-rackets and balls in the house, please feel free to use at the Tennis-court in the community-area.

A few steps from the front door you will find a relaxing and sunny terrace and a heated pool, 8x3 meters with a depth up to 1,8 meters. The heated pool will allow you to use the pool all year around, as for example an afternoon-swim after a day with skiing in Sierra Nevada only 70 minutes away. A charcoal-barbeque-bar, an outdoor shower and dining area will make you spend a lot of time to enjoy life at this relaxing terrace-area that also offer privacy. The house and terrace are surrounded by a mature garden where you will find, mangos, orange-trees, lemon, lime-trees and of course almond-trees and other tropical plants. The location is very peaceful and relaxing.

In 15 minutes’ walk you can reach the community area with tennis-court, swimming pool, a small football-court with grass, outdoor gym, and social meeting facilities. For the summer of 2023 a new padel court is planned free of charge for the houseowners and their rental guests.

There is appr. 2 km to the sea and the beaches. In the surrounding areas there are more than 40 beaches to explore. This Tropical coast-area is known for Europe’s mildest winter climate, offer great nature and culture sceneries. Salobreña itself is a Spanish unspoiled cozy town with the old town as a white sugar-bites climbing the cliff with the Moorish Castle, a church, and a museum at the top. There are lots of Tapas-bars, restaurants in town and in the beach area and a couple of well assorted supermarkets.

In only 10 minutes by car from the villa you will reach Motril with big shopping centers and a Golf facility. From the beaches and the town, you can see the snowy peaks of Sierra Nevada during winter-season while enjoying the fabulous mild and sunny weather. Some spots and distances: Granada and Alhambra 45 minutes, Sierra Nevada ski resorts 70 minutes, Almunécar and La Herradura 10-15 minutes, Nerja 25 minutes and Malaga 70 minutes.

Villa Nena is located in Monte de Los Almendros which is one of the best urbanizations in Andalusia. It belongs to the municipality of Salobreña, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, with its white houses, its Arab castle on a rock, its charming beaches, separated by the Rock (former Phoenician cemetery). The views of the house are sensational, you can see the Arabian castle that illuminated at night makes you dream of times past, the beautiful beaches, the mountains and the village of Salobreña.

The land on which the house is built has 800m2 and the house has 300m2.

The house has two floors:
- Ground floor with an apartment with two beds furniture, a large sofa, a bar furniture and a bathroom. It is connected to the pool area by a sliding door.

Villa Casa Tomise was built in 2013 in Andalusian style with a modern touch, such as large panoramic windows and high ceilings that ensure a light and spacious living space.
The garden extends up to the coastline 100 meters below and the only sounds you can hear are the waves, birds and crickets in the evening - an unforgettable location to relax and unwind. The views are phenomenal: the Mediterranean Sea, the city of Salobreña with the mountains as a backdrop and a vast coastline.

The large rooms on the ground floor open onto the terrace and overlook the hydromassage pool and the vast blue Mediterranean Sea. There is a large open plan living room with a sunken arched lounge that offers space for two large sofas, a leather armchair, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with international channels. The dining room seats up to 8 people, has a sideboard full of games and a well-stocked bookcase. The exceptionally well-equipped kitchen has a centrally located island unit with extra sink and a wood-covered breakfast bar. All bedrooms have a balcony and are air-conditioned (there are also fans available for those who prefer not to use the A / C and want to sleep with an open window, so you can enjoy the sound of the sea). Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds with private shower rooms (the master suite has a massage shower); there is another standard double room and a room with two single beds and a family bathroom with a double sink.
On the top floor is a large roof terrace with an extra fridge.
Outside there are several niches with tables for eating - including a beautifully curved covered dining area. On the side of the house is a small 'zen' garden with a fountain - a wonderfully quiet place to live if life in the pool becomes too hectic! The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can get away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where you can also take wonderful walks, is less than a 75-minute drive away, so can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your swimming pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which lies on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra Palace and Malaga with its historic downtown, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.
