- "It’s an older motel so don’t expect the Hilton standards. They have cameras all over the place and a sign up that says no visitors so it was a very quiet place. They have a grass courtyard in the middle with a little garden so that was nice to see. There only parking is out front so you have to walk like we did to the back of the hotel. Beds were comfortable. No bugs. There was some damage to the inside doors but again it was old. Kitchen was nice only thing that seems updated. Wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot in the room as my kids did and their feet were black by bedtime. Would stay here again if I needed something cheap and decent. "

Our single-family home is the perfect place to unwind after a fun-filled day in Virginia. Built in 2018, it offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first-floor master bedroom is very convenient for older guests, and the large walk-in closet has been thoughtfully converted into a cozy kids’ room, complete with a portable crib and toys—ideal for families traveling with little ones.

The open-concept kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and spending time together. We’ve also added a backyard playground for children to enjoy, along with a water feature and firepit where adults can relax while keeping an eye on the kids.

The cozy living area makes it feel so homey. A well stocked kitchen with a Keurig, baking, cooking, and serving ware is sure to please. High speed WiFi available for all guests and a smart TV!

The full home and yard is available to guests. Please be courteous of my neighbors. No tents or camping allowed in the yard. No fireworks or parties allowed. The front porch is perfect for a morning cup of tea or coffee or an evening cocktail. This is a family friendly neighborhood and my neighbors' wellbeingis VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! Please be respectful of this and honor the quiet time of 10pm-6am.

When opening and closing doors and windows and coming and going please remember the age of the home.

Absolutely no smoking of any type on the property. There's a monitor and if smoke is detected there will be up to a $500 fine.
No parties of any type. Only guests registered through VRBO are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-6am.

Walks near the water are near, and even a stroll through the surrounding neighborhood is relaxing. Beds are comfortable, the air conditioning system is easy; simply twist to the right and then to the desired setting to the left and two minutes later cool air will fill the room! As described in the listing, but with an added touch of a good 'feel' when you're actually settled in the house. We would stay again if we were in the area, and would refer this house to anyone in the area. - "It was a great stay at the Hilton Home. It is a well equipped little house, and perfect for our family of husband, wife, 6 year old, and 2 year old. The kitchen had everything we needed including but not limited to: keurig machine with pods/tea, toaster, blender, immersion blender, nice glass large and small plates and bowls, salt and pepper, lite olive oil, pots and pans, dish soap, hand towels, scotch-brite pad, and a full set of kitchen knives. The grass had been freshly mowed shortly before we arrived.There was absolutely no mustiness in the house. The water pressure in the upstairs bath was perfectly adequate.
