- "This was our first stay at this property was our Christmas 2023 trip to Stillwater. I chose Hampton for a few reasons, most importantly was the standards of Hilton hotels. This property did not disappoint! The room, as well as the halls and common areas were immaculate. The staff were always smiles and very polite and accommodating. The breakfast served was very good and had many options to chose from. We have stayed in many different hotels in Stillwater over the years and this is by far our favorite hotel now. We'll be staying there again next Christmas."

This darling, clean 700 square foot cottage house sits on 7 acres and is just 15 minutes from OSU campus and 3.5 miles from Lake McMurtry East. Get away from the hustle and bustle and come let us share our slice of heaven with you! Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

The stars are bright on a clear night and you never know when deer will come through. If you're a bird watcher there are plenty of beautiful birds to enjoy. Early in the morning rabbits tend to run about. We installed a fire pit area in Sept 2023 and Johnny built four redwood chairs for the area which is great for star gazing too.

We have worked very hard to renovate this charming home just for you and hope that you love it! There is a queen bed and twin bunk beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. All mattresses are comfortable memory foam with layered bedding and soft sheets to ensure you get a great night's sleep. The chic kitchen has everything you should need, including a Keurig with a variety of pods and bagged tea. You will find the pantry stocked with pancake mix and syrup as well as oatmeal and basic staples. Enjoy that coffee and breakfast on the back deck and bask in the morning sunshine to make sure you get your day started off right. Beside the deck is a charcoal grill available for use and we just put in horseshoe pits and put up a hammock for some outdoor fun and relaxation when the weather is nice! An assortment of board games and coloring books are provided and there is also a pack and play should you be traveling with an infant. There is a dollar store across the street should you need items beyond what's provided.

You will have access to the entire property including the large yard with enormous pecan trees--feel free to enjoy some if they're in season! You'll be given a code to access the electronic lock so that check in is effortless and at your convenience.

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Property is inspected and cleaned after each guest and if it is found that you smoked in the house you will be charged for additional cleaning and smoke removal. There is a doorbell camera and two more exterior cameras recording for the safety and security of guests and the property. One covers the front of the house and the other the back of the house.

Our Downtown Condo is one of a kind. Located half a block off of Main Street you can easily walk to retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and museums. Anything else you may need is only minutes away.

The space is located upstairs in the original Stillwater Bank building. The cottage features 2 queen beds, with one in the loft and one downstairs. The loft access is via stairs and will require crawling on hands and knees to access the sleeping area. An additional loft acts as a gaming area, or can be an additional sleeping area with a queen air-mattress available to accommodate additional guests.

The private entrance to the property is the second gravel driveway on the right after turning on to our road. There is a private circle drive in front of the cottage for multiple cars to park.
