- "The place was very close to the fairgrounds and that worked great for us. The owner of the property was fantastic and worked with us easily with check in and check out, will be staying here again." - "Lisa was so kind to accommodate a late booking for me, my partner, and two of his family members. The neighborhood is fairly central. The apartment complex is a little dated, but the apartment itself was roomy with plenty of space to cook, relax, and have individual privacy. There was very little sound bleeding in from outside. The unit has windows facing the road/entrance to the property, so there is light from the lampposts outside, but all you have to do is draw the shades. There were a couple of dusty surfaces, which didn't bother me, but in my efforts to make sure we left the space neat, I found some cereal/snack pieces as well as an abandoned child's sock under the furniture. Overall, Lisa was quick and kind to communicate with answers to our questions and in the unit, she offers everything you could need to make coffee and a small breakfast for yourself. I would recommend this space to anyone spending a few nights exploring OKC!"

This circa 1970’s condo is upstairs nestled in a tree lined view secluded in back. It has assigned parking (#14) and is just steps away from the dog run area where your pets or kids can get some exercise after a long ride in the car.
Decorated with Vintage southwest charm, it’s roomy and welcoming. The large living area features the “Movie Matinee” theme with a fully functional VHS and DVD player to enjoy a wide selection of classic films. You are welcome to request specific movies or genre’s of films for your enjoyment.

The home is a single story mansion with 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and 12 Common Area Rooms that sits on 2.5 acres of manicured grounds with panoramic views of Lake Overholser.

Approaching the home, you’ll find it built around a stately courtyard and sparkling pool. Stepping in through the front door you’ll find marble floors with beautiful furnishings, unique artifacts, classic architecture, elegant light fixtures and plentiful windows to the outdoor scenery.

Inside this home you will find The 2600 square foot Grand Room that boasts high ceilings, a Grand Piano, bar, fireplace and Gallery Dining Room. Adjacent to the Grand Room you will find The Parlor: a posh open gathering space that opens into the courtyard. The main kitchen has a large central island, double refrigerators and ovens, a large 6-burner gas cooktop, and an adjacent catering prep room.

Moving further into this estate you will find the library with walls of books and a desk to quietly study. A bookcase with a secret hidden door will lead you to the private chapel. Our home features 2 queen size beds, a queen size air mattress, and 2 twin beds. There is also a crib size mattress, pack and play, noise machine and baby monitors available. Enjoy a few indoor and outdoor games/toys we have out for your use! One full closet with some hangers is available, and a clothing rack with hangers are provided for you. There is also one humidifier than may be used.

Close to all things in OKC with almost everything within a 20 minute drive and right down the street from the Turnpike. Walmart is less than a mile away for food or necessities, and the airport is 20 minutes away!

This is a safe neighborhood with great neighbors. Walmart is a 2 min drive. Many restaurants and activities fir the whole family with in 20 min drive or closer. Beds were comfortable as well.
