Upon request a late checkout is available. This property is often frequented by oilfield workers but remains pristine clean. There is a friendly note on the front door requesting that oilfield guests remove their boots upon entry. Everyone appreciates cleanliness at the end of the day. Our 4 beds and 2 air mattresses provide enough sleeping space for 12+ guests.
We have a king sized mattress in the master bedroom, and queen mattresses in the other rooms. The air mattresses are also queen sized.

We have a large 6 person hot tub surrounded with curtains under a roofed gazebo in the backyard. So you can enjoy a hot-tub experience even when it is raining or snowing. We also have a fire pit and extra seating space in the backyard.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious family meals. Outside, our grill and cozy outdoor seating area provide a perfect setting for enjoying Oklahoma's pleasant evenings.

This brand new(2024) home combines aesthetics and convenience to make your stay memorable.
Upon booking, you will get access to the entire property. There are 4bedrooms, 2.5bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and many other amenities.
The master bedroom will be down stairs and you will have access to 3 other bedrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen sized beds, while one has 2 air mattresses.
We have 4 extra pillows and 2 blankets to go with the air mattresses.
All 4 bedrooms have blackout curtains and 2 out of 4 rooms have TVs.

The water and ice dispenser in the front of the refrigerator is off but we have some ice cubes in the freezer.

- "We were coming to Oklahoma for the Boys From Oklahoma concert in Stillwater. But nothing was available in Stillwater. We had 4 adult couples so needed a place that had four bedrooms with at least queen beds, This house was spacious, had the bedrooms and enough baths for all of us. Yes the location was further out but this weekend, we just needed something. The owner was very responsive once I got in touch with them. That was the only minor thing. We were driving in when I realized we didn't have the house code. No big deal but usually it comes at least a day ahead. She was very communicative. They left snacks and a few drinks in the fridge, great touch and appreciated. The house was clean and ready when we needed. Staying in OKC allowed us to visit OKC things so it ended up working out. Just be cautious of the narrow neighborhood streets! But otherwise, great place to stay got 3 nights and 4 days. "

The home is designed for entertaining and large gatherings with an open floor plan that includes 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms including a bunkroom upstairs (only upstairs room). Each room is decorated with traditional rustic décor and a dash of elegance. The kitchen is equipped with a commercial full size refrigerator and a full size freezer with all of the basic essentials for cooking for a crew. Double ovens and a gourmet cooktop make cooking for a crowd possible. The dining and kitchen tables seat a total of 20 with their current configuration. Outdoor patio tables can seat 20+ as well. (additional chairs available upon request). Plenty of bedrooms for adults and a bunk room for the kids!

The inside transitions to an outdoor oasis. The ranch is on 6 acres of the Oklahoma plains and is part of an original Oklahoma Land Run Farm. It is surrounded by 120 acres of grassland with quality grass-fed angus cattle (If you ask the hosts, you might even be able to buy some of our fresh Oklahoma beef when you visit).

The backyard includes a large resort-style pool with a waterfall, grotto, and hot tub that is shaded by 80 year old trees to make the pool and backyard a luxury all day long. A custom designed rope swing made from locally harvested cedars makes the swimming pool unique and unlike any other pool you will visit. The backyard includes three firepits, two by the pool (propane & log) and one in the trees under the stars for late night s’mores and campfire shenanigans by the private fishing pond that is stocked for catch and release enjoyment!

The ranch is a country resort and the perfect location for enjoying quality time with your family or friends. Everyone loves outdoor Jenga, cornhole, and ping pong under the canopy of trees while onlookers watch from nearby picnic tables and loungers.

The resort style pool is hard to leave but in the evening it is nice to warm up with S’mores around a campfire under the trees. When you look into the fire overlooking the pond, you may feel lost in paradise.

Early risers love to birdwatch as we have quite a few visitors including cardinals, bluebirds, owls, hawks, herons and many more.

Every room has 1 available closet. Bathrooms come with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Towels are included with the amount of guests expected. Will leave extras with long stays or on request. The entire house can be used except for one bedroom that has a lock code, the garage and one of the closets in the master bedroom are off limits and locked. You are welcome to the back yard except the shed.

Also depending on which Foster’s we have we may need to slowly introduce you to them, and we just want you to be receptive to this as some are shelter dogs who came from abusive circumstances so they need a little calm patience. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the property looks like it's been handled very roughly and it's starting to show. Paint was peeling in the kitchen. The water in the fridge didn't work and what looked like a curtain had been pushed underneath. The fabric and floor was very wet. When asked the property owner said if the freezer was open for a long time it would begin to defrost onto the floor but this didn't seem like the case? The king mattress was beginning to dip in places and the table had marks hidden under the place settings.
