The farmhouse is located in a peaceful, rural area. It is a working farm so sometimes you will be able to see farm work in action. This home is 29 miles from Great Falls, 12 miles southeast of Fairfield, 27 miles southeast of Choteau, and 32 miles from Augusta. A beautiful spot in the country to hang your hat for the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, utensils and BBQ out on the patio. Pets are allowed in the sun room or out in the dog run, but not in the home without supervision. A ping pong table is also great fun for the entire family.

- "Enjoyed the house, it was just as advertised in the description and pictures, clean and well kept. The extra mile set this one apart with ample labeling and supplies for any needs that arose, as well as water / Pepsi and ice cream treats in the freezer (all sealed of course) even with the smokey haze the view was amazing. The house itself was large with wonderful spaces to relax and visit with family in the mornings and evenings in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out procedure was simple and straightforward with easy access to everything we did while in Great Falls. The space
This ranch style home is freshly updated for comfort and convenience. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with a master suite on the lower level. Laundry, entertainment, and exercise area are also on the lower level. There is a living area on both floors so guests can spread out. Two of the bedrooms include HDTV’s for individual viewing. The spacious deck with outdoor dining is an excellent place to unwind while watching the kids play.

The main room is set up with a king sized bed and a full sized futon. This room has a closet and newly renovated bathroom attached.
The other bedroom has one queen sized bed and a closet.
There is a small living space connecting these two rooms. And a nice sized kitchen!

- There’s a large outdoor arena right outside the house with a round pen and barrels etc. This can be used if scheduled ahead of time.
- There is a creek and river to the north that make great trail riding if scheduled ahead of time.
- There’s plenty of room to turn around any sized trailer. Trailer can be parked right outside the house.

We are located on Rocky Mountain Front with an abundance of Big Sky adventures all around. The Sun River borders the north end of our property where fishing and hiking is welcome. A hunting day-trip to the Bob Marshall is within range, or take off to Glacier National Park- its about a 2 hour drive. If you’re looking for some history check out the First Peoples’ Buffalo Jump, CM Russell Museum, Lewis & Clark interpretive center.

You will be staying on the far end of a working ranch, so there will be horses and cattle nearby. Probably some horse training taking place. Coyotes often howl at night and the weather can be unpredictable.

We are pet friendly. If you are traveling with livestock, we have indoor or outdoor stalls which can be rented. The facility also provides both an outdoor arena and an indoor warm up arena. Owners are avid back country packers in the Bob Marshall complex. They can provide answers to your wilderness trail questions.

Nearby activities include fly fishing the blue ribbon trout corridor of the Missouri. Floating or kayaking. First People State Park, Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center, Gibson reservoir and Smith River rafting trip end point (Chaos / Eden Bridge). Great Falls International Airport is closeby.

- "This property was a lifesaver for my family during a difficult time. The was very understanding and extended our staying as we needed it. It met every need of ours at this time. The property was not an enclosed fenced property. There was some kind of square former pool or pond that had mucky water in it. Parents with small children would need to keep a close eye on them to be sure they would not fall or climb into this as it is unsafe. The inside of the house was overall nice. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the stairs going downstairs had only 1 handrail while one side had no handrail, which could be dangerous to small children, as they could fall over the side. "
