Very nice and clean newer home, rent the entire house. The view of the lake and ski hill are free and spectacular. Located lakeside at Denton's Point Marina, Georgetown lake. Great Access to Discovery ski Area, Georgetown Lake and surrounding recreation in the Pintlers. Close to both Historic mining town of Philipsburg and Anaconda with Old Works Golf course.

House has a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and views of the lake. It also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has two double beds. In the upstairs loft there is a twin XL bed with a twin trundle. Each room has its own thermostat to keep warm on those chilly days.

Main area is great for everyone to gather and hang out complete with rough sawn wood floors and beautiful windows to the lake and ski hill. Large couch perfect for watching movies or relaxing. Kitchen table seats 8 for meals and to play games. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar to eat, watch and converse with those cooking. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crock pot. It is also equipped with two sets of pots and pans, dining utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. There is also some plastic plates, and cups of the kids. Some coffee is provided but feel free to also bring your own. (grounds or K-cup)

The views and sounds of wildlife on the back porch never get old. Sit outside on our benches and have your coffee or cook on the gas grill. Wood is also provided to enjoy our fir pit with your friends and family. Across the street we have Georgetown Lake Marina (Denton's Point) where you can launch your boat, go for a swim or go fishing.

- "First of all id like to say that the house is is everything it was said to be and more.We came here for a week to fish and the place had everything we needed.It is located right across the street from the marina which also has public access to fish from shore. We had brought our boat to fish the lake but i must add that the marina offers very good fishing from shore with the chance to land some nice rainbows and brook trout. We had caught 2 rainbows just over 20 inches right in front of the cabin. We also seen a lady catch a 24 inch rainbow on a fly right out front. She had fished right after the sunset every night to the left of the marina and was very successful. It was very convenient to launch our boat everyday and fish. I would definitely recommend staying here."

In the winter, it is about 20 mins from Discovery Ski Basin. In the summer, it is 10 minutes to Georgetown Lake with good fishing and hiking opportunities. You may see Milton the moose if you are lucky, but his deer friends are frequent visitors.

This unique late 1800s mining house was given new life with a total renovation over the past couple years. Our home is steps away from Georgetown Lake, eight miles to Discovery Ski Area, 28 miles to Fairmont Hot Springs, and 18 miles to Old Works Golf Club (a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course), at Lakeside at Georgetown Marina, Dentons Point. It is situated 16 miles from historic Philipsburg, with local shopping, coffee houses, restaurants, breweries, sapphire panning, and the world famous Sweet Palace.

As renters, during the warmer months you will have access to a boat launch at the adjacent marina, which also offers picnicking, swimming at Dentons Point beach, great fishing, walking trails, and a variety of other activities. During winter months, ice fishing is popular on Georgetown Lake, and Discovery Ski Area is a short eight miles away.

Our lake house is an open concept, modern design with natural light and nice finishes. Welcome to Anaconda! This updated 2 Bedroom/ 1 bath bungalow is a 20 min. drive to beautiful Georgetown Lake, 30 min drive to DISCO Ski Area, minutes from Old Works Golf Course and Montana Zipline Adventures and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping in town!

Enjoy kicking back after a day of adventure! The house boasts new hybrid memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The bathroom has a shower(no tub). The living room offers different seating options from rocking chair to recliner to leather sofa! Each TV (living room and basement) has a Fire Stick to enjoy streaming your favorite show or movie. We also have a midsize ping pong table for your enjoyment in the basement(be careful, low ceiling!).

You can find all the basics for cooking plus some. We have a french press and a classic drip coffee maker for the coffee drinkers of the bunch, dishwasher and the fridge has a reverse osmosis system for great tasting water. Washer and dryer are on the main level for your convenience.

I loved drinking coffee on the raised deck in the morning watching the grazing cows. With no light pollution, we had an incredible viewing of the start of the Perseid meteor shower. We'd definitely stay again!"

Get away to privacy in the forest with a fully functional cabin. Has a back porch with a full propane BBQ to enjoy your evening cocktails and make a delicious dinner and 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a nice living room/kitchen. This cabin also provides an on demand hot water heater and water filtration system. There are 2 ceiling fans as well as an oscillating fan for your comfort. A propane heater and wood stove for that back country heat. Bring your side by side or go to walking trails only a short driving distance. Little Blackfoot river is right across the road with great fly fishing. If hunting is your thing or snowmobiling both are available next to this cabin. Come enjoy your stay

Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow. The road to the triplex suite is regularly plowed.

Toilet needs to be anchored and for wheelchair or walker bound the bathroom has poor design. Overall however our stay was wonderful. The shore of Georgetown lake is visible from the house and just a quick 2 minute walk. There is a public boat launch just a mile away. You'll be centrally located to the lake and Discovery Ski Hill. The cabin is close to Hwy 1 which allows for a quick trip to Anaconda or Philpsburg.

-The house can sleep 6, but can feel crowded with 6 adults. At max capacity, it's best suited for 4 adults & 2 kids.

New renovated quaint little duplex at the rear of 607 Milwaukee in Deer Lodge Montana. Sleeps 4 with one bedroom and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Nice deck on the back with charcoal grill and seating (stored in the shed when not in use). Parking along side or in the rear on a gravel parking pad. Quiet area within walking distance to main street Deer Lodge. Near restaurants and bars and historical sites of Montana. Deer Lodge is about 1/2 way between Yellowstone and Glacier. There are several fishing spots along the Clark Fork River and the Little Blackfoot River within 1/2 mile to 10 miles of Deer Lodge. Discovery Ski area is about 40 mins away near Georgetown Lake.

- "Exactly what we needed." - "Virginia was an incredible host! She was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. The apartment is well maintained, and well stocked with essentials. My only complaint is the smell of smoke in the apartment. After I was there a day or so and had the windows open it was only a faint smell."
