Whispering Pines is nestled among pines situated on a hill on a private two acre lot. The deck is an amazing place to grill on the gas barbecue , gaze at the stars and watch the snow fall in the hot tub, or just relax and enjoy the view. The living room has rustic charm and features a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy. The large windows frame the scenery beautifully leaving you feeling as though you're still outdoors in the comfort of the indoors.

The Anaconda-Pintler region boasts endless recreation opportunities amongst its beautiful scenery. Seasonal outdoor actives include: hiking, fishing, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, golf, and swimming just to name a few. The cabin is available year round with seasonal rates.

The property’s driveway and entry door are monitored by motion activated wireless cameras. There are no cameras on the interior and they do not cover the hot tub area.

Very nice and clean newer home, rent the entire house. The view of the lake and ski hill are free and spectacular. Located lakeside at Denton's Point Marina, Georgetown lake. Great Access to Discovery ski Area, Georgetown Lake and surrounding recreation in the Pintlers. Close to both Historic mining town of Philipsburg and Anaconda with Old Works Golf course.

House has a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and views of the lake. It also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has two double beds. In the upstairs loft there is a twin XL bed with a twin trundle. Each room has its own thermostat to keep warm on those chilly days.

Main area is great for everyone to gather and hang out complete with rough sawn wood floors and beautiful windows to the lake and ski hill. Large couch perfect for watching movies or relaxing. Kitchen table seats 8 for meals and to play games. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar to eat, watch and converse with those cooking. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crock pot. It is also equipped with two sets of pots and pans, dining utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. There is also some plastic plates, and cups of the kids. Some coffee is provided but feel free to also bring your own. (grounds or K-cup)

The views and sounds of wildlife on the back porch never get old. Sit outside on our benches and have your coffee or cook on the gas grill. Wood is also provided to enjoy our fir pit with your friends and family. Across the street we have Georgetown Lake Marina (Denton's Point) where you can launch your boat, go for a swim or go fishing.

- "First of all id like to say that the house is is everything it was said to be and more.We came here for a week to fish and the place had everything we needed.It is located right across the street from the marina which also has public access to fish from shore. We had brought our boat to fish the lake but i must add that the marina offers very good fishing from shore with the chance to land some nice rainbows and brook trout. We had caught 2 rainbows just over 20 inches right in front of the cabin. We also seen a lady catch a 24 inch rainbow on a fly right out front. She had fished right after the sunset every night to the left of the marina and was very successful. It was very convenient to launch our boat everyday and fish. I would definitely recommend staying here."

On the main floor there is a full size futon to sleep 2 and a pull out loveseat couch for 1. If your party has more than 6 we have provided an air mattress for 2 more. The yurt is heated with a Jotul gas stove that can easily be set on thermostat to your comfort level and when temps rise outdoors, simply open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. Looking up at the dome on a starry night really brings you closer to nature. The yurt has plenty of outdoor space as well with a wrap-around deck accessible by an ADA ramp or through the yurt. Take a moment to sit at the firepit with your family and enjoy the crackling sounds and conversations. The "Lakehouse at Georgetown" is a short distance if you would rather have someone else do the cooking. Philipsburg and Anaconda are both approximately 15 miles either way and can offer a little slice of culture, not to mention loads of history. Discovery Ski Area is literally at our back door and boasts of 2000+ acres of downhill terrain, one of the most family friendly ski areas you'll find. There is nothing more relaxing than unplugging from your everyday routine and recharging at the End of the Road Yurt. A perfect place for a romantic getaway or bonding with the family.

With spectacular views of the water and forest, trails right out the front door, it being less than a 5-minute drive away from the local marina, it is the perfect location for summer fun! During the winter, enjoy ice fishing, skiing at Discovery Ski Area, snowmobiling, sledding, cross country skiing, or just playing games by the fire. Snowmobiling, sledding, and cross-country skiing can happen right from the house. Also, we have a two car garage to store your toys, no matter the season.

This cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace (and amazing views of the lake), dining area, equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, nice deck overlooking the lake, over an acre of land around it for play, gazebo, and garage. With lots of toys, games, and movies, this is the perfect location for a family get-away with one or two families, or a weekend retreat for couples. It is located in the Edwards Tract neighborhood, very near several other VRBO rental houses, so there is the potential to rent multiple locations for family reunions or weekends of fun with friends. The master bedroom has a queen bed, built-in bunkbeds, a desk, plenty of storage, and room for a Pack 'n Play crib (provided), if needed. This bedroom is super quiet! The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, storage, room for the Pack 'n Play crib (if needed), view of the lake and forest, and comfy chair to relax in. Both bathrooms include sinks, toilets, storage space, and showers/bathtubs. A washer and drier are included next to one of the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, with a large refrigerator and freezer. We have fast internet, a Bluetooth speaker system, and TV with all the bells and whistles. The garage is a very spacious two-car garage to store your toys, no matter the season. The deck has a charcoal BBQ, "party lights" to light up the night, and plenty of room to relax and soak in the view.

This house is a single floor house, with a ramp up to the front door, which makes it very accessible. Though this house is easy to get to with plowed roads and driveway, we do recommend a car with 4-wheel drive or snow tires during the winter, just to be safe.

This two-bedroom cabin includes a comfortable queen size bed in the main floor bedroom, a futon in the living room that sleeps two, a downstairs with a child sleeping nook as well as a futon that sleeps two. There is a large deck upstairs that overlooks the lake, the perfect place to sunbathe or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or barbeque on a new Weber grill. There is a patio with a table and chairs for outside dining downstairs. A 5-minute walk takes you down to the lake and Sunnyside fishing access. Also, you can't have a cabin without a fire pit (availability dependent on fire conditions) to sit around and tell stories or sing songs, located just outside of the cabin. There are several adorable vintage accessories as well as a fun child's sleeping nook/hideaway for the kids. This relaxing cabin is full of charm and perfect for a quiet family getaway.

Two full bathrooms, one with tub, include soap, shampoo and high quality bathroom linens.
Bedroom one offers a comfortable queen bed across from the main bathroom.
The larger bedroom features a queen bed and a twin over full bunk, all with Doctors choice mattresses. The room contains a full bathroom with separate shower/toilet room and a spacious walk-in closet. All beds feature top of the line new linens.

We are pet friendly, maximum 2 pets,but in consideration of all our guests we ask that pets not be allowed in the main living and sleeping areas inside the home. The enclosed long entry room provides a safe, warm area for them.
In addition to swimming, fishing, boating on the lake, the Pintler region provides ample outdoor recreation. We love day hikes in the Pintler Mountain range and have some of our favorites marked in the copy of the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness hiking book in the home. If you decide to venture beyond the lake area, the affordable Jack Nicklaus designed golf course is 30 minutes away in Anaconda. A wonderful day trip is the Lewis and Clark Caverns near Whitehall. The mining city of Butte is 60 miles away with Our Lady of the Rockies, the World Museum of Mining and the W.A. Clark mansion. 10 to 12 miles west is the charming town of Phllipsburg with the Sweet Place, brewery, summer performances in a historic theatre, and the nearby ghost town of Granite. Welcome to Anaconda! This updated 2 Bedroom/ 1 bath bungalow is a 20 min. drive to beautiful Georgetown Lake, 30 min drive to DISCO Ski Area, minutes from Old Works Golf Course and Montana Zipline Adventures and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping in town!

Enjoy kicking back after a day of adventure! The house boasts new hybrid memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. The bathroom has a shower(no tub). The living room offers different seating options from rocking chair to recliner to leather sofa! Each TV (living room and basement) has a Fire Stick to enjoy streaming your favorite show or movie. We also have a midsize ping pong table for your enjoyment in the basement(be careful, low ceiling!).

You can find all the basics for cooking plus some. We have a french press and a classic drip coffee maker for the coffee drinkers of the bunch, dishwasher and the fridge has a reverse osmosis system for great tasting water. Washer and dryer are on the main level for your convenience.

The Chalet…
Coming from the covered front porch through the front door, you will find a nice open living room and kitchen area. In the living room there is a full couch, love seat and wood stove stone hearth for seating. If you want to add some ambiance, light a fire in the Vermont Castings wood stove. The TV and soundbar setup make a fun movie night!

The fully appointed kitchen with an amazing slate tile backsplash boasts an electric glass top stove and oven with built in air fryer. The fridge and freezer will store all of your goodies and the microwave oven is there for quick reheating. The bar seats 4 people for eating and there are plenty countertops for entertaining.

The Chalet sleeps 7 people. The bedroom off the main floor sleeps three on an Amish built bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. The windows have great views of the Mount Haggin wilderness area. Here you will also find a stacked full laundry setup in one of the closets. The second closet has some shelving and a place to hang your garments.

The ladder accessed loft area above the kitchen and bathroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed and two twin xl beds. There is also a stunning burnt wood slab desk area if you need to get some work done. We do have high speed wireless internet available.

In the bathroom you will find a nicely-tiled tub shower and a medium-sized vanity with decent storage. As with the rest of the chalet, the wood utilized throughout, from the dark stained fir and log walls to the blue pine ceiling, is beautiful.

Step outside of the covered front porch and follow the sidewalk to the firepit. This includes a grill setup if you want to do some outdoor cooking or just sit under the stars and enjoy the fire!

Other considerations…
**NOTE: Fairmont Golf Course is open to the public, however, the Fairmont Hot Springs pools are now only open to resort/campground guests and local members, not to the public.**

GUEST ACCESS: A vehicle is essential in this area as there is no public transportation or stores within 6 miles but we are just off the main road. For the most part, a front wheel drive vehicle is sufficient to get in and out of the property year-round, but there are a few snow storms that may necessitate an SUV or some type of 4 wheel drive vehicle to get the <½ mile back to Mill Creek Hwy (HWY 569). We will do our best to clear snow from the road.

NO PARTIES: We welcome guests to gather, but we are not set up for events beyond the guests being hosted. If you have a few local family or friends who would be visiting but not staying over, please contact us for pre-approval.

Cabin Experience: Love a place with character? While recently updated with modern comforts, the cabin itself was built in the 60s. If you are looking for a fun Montana experience, this vacation rental offers a unique, rustic cabin vibe with plenty of amenities to be comfortable!

Take in views of both Georgetown Lake as well as mountains and Discovery Ski Area just across the lake. The cabin is located near the lake but does not have direct access to the lake from our personal property. There are multiple public access points within minutes.

Lake Access: Cabin is located minuted to the closest public access and boat launch.

Winter: World class ice fishing! Also features public access to snowmobile and hiking trails minutes from the house, nearby groomed cross country skiing and 15-20 minutes from Discovery Ski Area. Close drive to ice skating in Phillipsburg.

Summer: Big Sky and open spaces! Multiple public lake and boat access points within 5 minutes (closest is about one mile away), mountain biking (including chair lift access at Discovery Ski Area), public access to four wheeling and hiking right out the back door & covered deck with outside seating. Historic Phillipsburg, with famous candy store, Phillipsburg Brewing and great restaurants a short drive away!

Fall: A hunter and fisherman’s paradise! Public access within minutes from the house. Make this your hunting base camp.

WiFi: Available! We have excellent WiFi (fiber optic) service through Blackfoot Communcations. While generally very reliable, please note: we are in a rural area where weather beyond our control could potentially impact service in rare occasions.

Anaconda is a quaint Montana town, and the Sapphire Adventure Cottage is located right downtown - walking distance to Jordi's TexMex Cantina and just a short bike ride or drive over to the brewery, shops & more. While we love the charm of downtown, please note that there are wonderful full-time residents on either side of our property. Please be respectful of quiet times, and be a Good Neighbor. We also have town deer that frequent the property - be aware of where you step :) Please do not feed the wildlife. Yes, they can jump the back fence.

There is street parking in front of the home (max 2 cars) as well as parking in the alley behind (park in the gravel by the rear fence).

There are several eateries within a short walking distance, and many more within a short bike or car ride.

This home has sloped ceilings upstairs. Be aware if you are tall!

I know that sometimes it's impossible to keep small dogs off the furniture. If this is the case, you must provide a blanket for them to lie on instead of lying directly on the furniture.

It’s very clear how much she cares for her guests. The room was very cozy and clean. Everything smelled freshly washed. Carpet was plush and furniture was comfy and clean! I am seriously blown away. I will 100% stay here every time I’m in the area. I’ve never felt so at home, far away from home. As a female solo traveler I don’t often sleep well in hotels, just being wary of my surroundings. I slept like a dang baby! HIGHLY recommended!!!"

- "Our only suggestion (because we are Seniors) would be two very hazardous things that can easily be corrected. The bath tub (shower) was extremely slippery. It really needs a rubber liner to step (or sit on). There were two small area carpets that were also very slippery. Everything else was perfect and certainly met or exceeded our expectations!! - "Cozy, single bedroom 1 bath luxury. Wish it was more handicap accessable but we made due. The property was very clean and neat. Toilet needs to be anchored and for wheelchair or walker bound the bathroom has poor design. Overall however our stay was wonderful.
