They even have soft throw blankets for the cool ocean mornings and evenings. I went with one girlfriend for a little escape and it could not have been more perfect! I will say more than 4 people would be uncomfortable on this property. Also make sure you are ok with stairs. There are 22 into the condo and another 12 or so to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Pool towels and additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.
A blue tooth speaker and radio is in the living room. You will find games and a drawer full of DVD’s in the cabinet under the TV as well as many beach toys and lawn games in the hamper on the patio. To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

Abby way has lots of parking along with Ora Ct (A small cold-a-sac) passing the house to the right hand side.

Please don't ask other guests to move if cars are already there.

Quite hours from 10:00pm-8:00am - Please no running or stomping on the 2nd floor. Noise travels easily to the bottom unit and studio. Thanks you!

It is next to the Sunroom on the 3rd story of this home with a BBQ, firepit, lounging areas, tables. Your Beach studio has a Private Terrace. The private yard is overlooking ocean. The entire first floor is for your use only. Ocean View from Queen Bed, and King bed with Flat screen T.V.'s. In a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great for hiking, & walking. We have boggy boards, ice chests, beach chairs for your use. $20. an hour for late check outs, or early check in. Be sure and see the video! It is located on the main picture, top left. Let host know a few days prior to arrival around what time you expect to be arriving. If possible, email or text host an hour or so before arrival. You are welcome to park in the driveway. Always close the gate so our small dog does not get hurt. Go to the right into the backyard, I will leave the keys in the door for you when you let me know around time of arrival. To get to the smaller studio go to the left into the side yard behind the brown gate. I will leave the keys in the door for you. No visitors or other guests allowed. If you do not want to save water, it will take about 50 seconds for hot water. When you are done with your shower, press the Off button a few times. The switch is located on the Left of the Big studio shower. And on the Right for the Small studio shower. Quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Emergency evacuation, go to front of property to street.
