In about 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lake Erlauf (by car). The center of Mariazell with its beautiful basilica and some shops can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot.

We offer you 115 m² over 2 floors. On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and an anteroom.

The 1,400 m² property offers enough space for little people to play and discover as well as for big people various retreats to fully enjoy the view with a glass of wine.

The CHOCO LILY chalet is located at the down floor of the ALBA main house. It is composed of three rooms, one toilet and a bathroom with shower.

The first room is a coffee coloured kitchen with comfortable wooden table with bench and chairs inviting to cook together, play or just hang out alone or in a group.

The adjacent green living room is a cosy space with a textile sofa for two people and two sofa chairs as well as a metallic oven that heats with wood providing a very natural warmth. The decorative greenery on the walls brings the forest into your flat.
