Our apartment has a modern but cozy feel. Located on a residential side-street, but walking distance to downtown eateries, shops and the movie theater. This apartment is a 3 block walk to the Oswego River and a 5 block walk to Lake Ontario & the marina. We are 5 miles to Novelis & Power plants/ 2 miles to Oswego Raceway/ 1 mile to SUNY Oswego. Whether you are visiting for business or fun this apartment will suit all of your needs.

This completely renovated apartment located in Oswego's downtown district has one bedroom and one bathroom, featuring a private entrance. The apartment is all on one level and boasts beautiful waterproof wood flooring in the main living space. Upon entering, you will see soaring high reclaimed wood ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. The stunning white kitchen with center island features butcher block countertops and full-size appliances, providing all the basics to prepare your meals during your stay. We even have a dual coffee maker for those who enjoy both a pot of coffee and single-cup coffee. The living/ dining room is open lending itself to that great room feel while still being small enough to feel cozy. The dining table seats two and the living room holds a 42" HD TV on exposed brick wall (no live tv, you may sign in to your own streaming service please sign out before you leave). Catch up on your daily emails at our glass computer desk. The comfortable queen-size bed can accommodate two people while the large bedroom closet can hold your clothes for a business trip, long-term stay, or fishing trip. Drive up a long paved and gravel drive to the apartment (next to Creamery Meadows sign). Parking is in front of the apartment, off the main road. When looking at the property, park on the right side of the driveway. I can accommodate two cars.

Owner of the property was super helpful and flexible as our outage dates changed twice beforehand. Apartment is within walking distance to bars and places to eat. Laundromat is only 1 block away too. The only downside was I was working night shift and the traffic on the main road through town could be loud, not the owner's fault though. A sound machine helped with that and after a day or two I slept fine. Will def. book here again if we travel up for another outage!!"

This completely renovated apartment located in Oswego's downtown district has one bedroom and one bathroom, featuring a private entrance. The apartment is all on one level and boasts beautiful waterproof wood flooring in the main living space. Upon entering, you will see soaring high reclaimed wood ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. The stunning white kitchen with center island features butcher block countertops and full-size appliances, providing all the basics to prepare your meals during your stay. The wood table in the dining space accommodates two guests.

The space
The living room has a couch and love seat. The couch has a pull out bed as another option to accommodate 4 people. ( linens and blankets for this are in the queen bedroom closet in a labeled bin)
There is a 42" smart TV mounted on the wall. We have also supplied some of our personal favorite board games. ( please be sure to put them away appropriately as to not lose any pieces so they will be ready for our next guest)

The kitchen has a gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and French press (with coffee from a local roaster). In addition to this there is a blender, pots/pans, cheese grater, utensils, electric griddle and wine bottle opener. Feel free to use a couple of our go-to spices, olive oil and vegetable oil. There is a small table that will accommodate 4 people.

** The fire extinguisher is located near the sink by the trash can in the kitchen ***

** The first aid kit is located on the shelf in the bathroom located at the end of the shower.**

The bathroom also has body wash that you are welcome to use. Extra towels are on the shelves at the end of the shower along with a hair dryer. If you forgot any of your toiletries, there is a Kinney Drugs less then a mile down Liberty St. on W Bridge .

Extra linens are located in the dressers in the bedrooms. If you are like us and need a fan to sleep, there are 2 fans located in the twin bedroom. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet in the queen room.

If you have the unfortunate event where you need immediate medical attention dial 911. If your issue is not emergent you can go to either of the 2 urgent care offices, Prompt Care or Well Now. Oswego Hospital is the local hospital that contains an emergency department. If you suffer from a critical medical issue or severe trauma you will likely be brought to one of the Syracuse hospitals.

You will have to climb 1 set of stairs to get into the apartment. Once upstairs you will have enough room to spread out and enjoy your time in Oswego.

There is free road parking and room in the driveway for 3 cars. The driveway is very skinny so please park at your own risk. We do not own the metal fence that borders the driveway. The upstairs unit may or may not be rented during your stay so you might hear guests above. It isn’t loud, but if you’re sensitive noise you may be best in a house not in the city. If you need a bigger place to stay you can rent out the entire house which has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. enough for 12 people.
