Our apartment has a modern but cozy feel. Located on a residential side-street, but walking distance to downtown eateries, shops and the movie theater. This apartment is a 3 block walk to the Oswego River and a 5 block walk to Lake Ontario & the marina. We are 5 miles to Novelis & Power plants/ 2 miles to Oswego Raceway/ 1 mile to SUNY Oswego. Whether you are visiting for business or fun this apartment will suit all of your needs.

This completely renovated apartment located in Oswego's downtown district has one bedroom and one bathroom, featuring a private entrance. The apartment is all on one level and boasts beautiful waterproof wood flooring in the main living space. Upon entering, you will see soaring high reclaimed wood ceilings and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. The stunning white kitchen with center island features butcher block countertops and full-size appliances, providing all the basics to prepare your meals during your stay. We even have a dual coffee maker for those who enjoy both a pot of coffee and single-cup coffee. The living/ dining room is open lending itself to that great room feel while still being small enough to feel cozy. The dining table seats two and the living room holds a 42" HD TV on exposed brick wall (no live tv, you may sign in to your own streaming service please sign out before you leave). The comfortable queen-size bed can accommodate two people while the large bedroom closet can hold your clothes for a business trip, long-term stay, or fishing trip. You walk up the stairs pictured (20steps) to the apartment door and the entire apartment is for you. There is a downstairs tenant that shares laundry facilities only. The apartment pictured is not shared.

Drive up a long paved and gravel drive to the apartment (next to Creamery Meadows sign). Parking is in front of the apartment, off the main road. When looking at the property, park on the right side of the driveway. I can accommodate two cars.

Owner of the property was super helpful and flexible as our outage dates changed twice beforehand. Apartment is within walking distance to bars and places to eat. Laundromat is only 1 block away too. The only downside was I was working night shift and the traffic on the main road through town could be loud, not the owner's fault though. A sound machine helped with that and after a day or two I slept fine. Will def. book here again if we travel up for another outage!!"
