Michaela apartment is a gorgeous, split-level apartment that can accommodate up to 7 people in its three bedrooms and spacious living room. The wonderful blue colours on the interior, give a lovely navy look at the apartment, that blends with the blue of the sea and sky, which you can enjoy from the bedroom windows, balcony and veranda. The whole apartment is modernly and freshly decorated, giving off a light summer feeling!

On the first floor the two additional bedrooms are located, one with a double bed and balcony with sea view and one with two single beds (single beds on both bedrooms can be joined together to form double beds). The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the ground floor guest will find the spacious living room with the open fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining table. A WC also exists on this level. The kitchen and living room area offers direct access to a small veranda equipped with patio furniture and amazing view to the sea!

Some stairs below the veranda, there’s a lawn covered area with another lovely sitting area and beautiful views of the surrounding area and a private outdoor BBQ area! From that level, guests can also access the last bedroom, with two single beds, equipped with an extra TV, which has its own kitchenette with siting area. Michaela apartment is located in Plakias that is set towards the centre of a large bay enclosed within the arms of mountains, on the north coast.
Plakias is a popular tourist resort. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities. Plakias is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods.
The beach is sandy and very well organised with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling.
Plakias makes a good starting point for walks along the coast to Souda, or up into the encircling hills to other villages such as Sellia or Mirthios, which boasts spectacular sea views out to sea. A good coastal motor track runs west beyond Plakias, leading to Souda, Rodakino, Frangokastello and Sfakia beaches. There are plenty of walks locally, and bolder walkers will enjoy the high green countryside beyond the coastal mountain range north of town. Mountain biking and cycle touring are other local attractions.

- "The property is as per the pictures and comes well equipped. The property is spacious and accommodated our family well which included an older person and a child. The facilities were good including have access to a BBQ and washing machine. The accessibility to the beach is excellent and very close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. As we were looking for a beach holiday we found the location and the property suited our needs. We would happily return as we enjoyed our time spent there. Just a couple of small improvements - wifi booster needed in the lower bedroom as could not always connect to the internet from that space. Everywhere else the internet connection was fine. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor it would have been handy if the large cupboard had a clothes rail so clothes could be hung up and there is also space for a small chest of drawers to fit in there. These are just a couple of very minor things, but they did not detract from us enjoying the property as a base for our holidays."

The space
All apartments are self-catering and consist of a spacious living room with a kitchen corner, a sofa and dinning table for 3 guests, a bedroom, and a private large balcony or terrace with amazing view. The floor plan and furnishing is different, depending on the aparment location in the complex.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, cooker with oven or simple cooker, microwave, coffee machine, sandwich maker, kettle, cooking equipment, dishes, glasses and cutlery to provide self-catering cooking facilities for the whole party. The bathroom has bathtub or douche as well as the usual small cupboards.

All apartments are also equipped with air-condition, FREE WiFi and satellite TV, sun water heater, central heating, open-fire (in some apartments) and hair-dryer. A washing machine exists in central place of the apartments and is free of use for the guests.

The bedroom may includes two single beds or a double bed, depending on the apartment. Every apartment is additionally equipped with a sofa-bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate the third guest. A baby-cot could also be added in the apartment, after our guests' request.

It is a complex of 6 independent apartments of 20 – 35 square meters that each can host 2-3 people. They are surrounded by olive trees, in a mountainous scenery and the view to the Libyan sea is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the sea!

The space
The ORAMA apts are the perfect place for relaxation, ideal to enjoy the view of the sea or the night sky, to read a book in a serene environment, to have fun with your family or friends gathered in the exceptionally spacious balconies.

Rooms:
Driving down the road to Plakias one meets on his right hand the ORAMA apartments. There is a spacious parking place for visitors in front of the apartments.
We offer 6 separate apartments of 25-35 square meters each, able to host 2-5 people.
Every apt offers separate air conditioning, hot water, a satellite tv set, basic furniture like tables, chairs for inside and outside use, a mirror, bed tables, a big wardrobe, a string to dry towels in the balconies, blankets, sheets, pillows, iron and hairdryer.
In the fully equipped kitchen one can find a coffee machine, a fridge, a cooker, dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans.
Wifi is available free of charge (50 Mbps).
Netflix is free (but available upon request).
The balconies are equipped with plastic chairs and a table as well as an umbrella (which must remain closed when the wind blows).
The view from the balconies is breathtaking. One can see the beach of Plakias with the high cliffs which create caves in the east and the picturesque port in the west. Behind the apts there are the traditional Cretan villages hidden in the olive trees and the wild mountains.
Some days one can see the island of Gavdos which is the southest point of Europe.
The colors of the sunset are incomparable.
The garden has roses, lilies, gardenias, hydrangeas, jasmines etc.

Outside space in ORAMA
There is a shadowy meeting point under the vinetree as one arrives at the apts .
The apts are surrounded by palm trees, olive trees, orange trees.
There is also a basic playground with 2 swings for young children to play.
The apts and the outer space are cleaned daily.
In the apts, sheets and towels are changed every 4 days.
Pets are not allowed.
The owners and the the staff will take care of your pleasant stay and make sure to make your holidays in ORAMA apts an unforgettable experience.
