Facilities - Inside the villa

The open plan ground floor has a living room with a corner sofa bed and satellite TV. Also the living room is equipped with a fireplace. Leading off this there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big dining area, the hamam room and the jacuzzi hot tub. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin bed, three bathrooms, one with a corner bath/shower/WC and two with a shower/WC. There is also a washing machine on the hall area.

On the first floor there are a further three bedrooms, the first with one double bed and a single bed and the other two with one double bed each. There are further three showers/WC. All of the bedrooms open up to either a balcony or a sun terrace with patio furniture offering a variety of views over the magnificent surrounding countryside - the Kourtaliotis gorge, all the way to the sea. All bedrooms have air conditioning for free. For cooler spells the house is also equipped with central heating for extra local charge.

The villa is actually two independent attached houses that you can rent as one! It is a two story building in the total of 180 sq. meters and furnished in a modern and minimal style, it can accommodate 12 people in beds. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family at the same time.

The villa is located only 2 km away from the organised sandy beach of Souda and 1.2 km away from the unorganised Fotinari Beach.

Entering each building, on the first floor there is a spacious open plan area which consisting of the living room with 45 smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speaker, the indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. From the living room area there is a direct access to the veranda with outdoor dining table. There is also a WC with shower. In addition, on the top of the living room area there is a loft which has 2 single beds, which can also be joined together to form a double bed if needed.

Reaching the ground floor from stairs, guests can find the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool and barbecue area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds, which can also be joined together to form a double bed based on your preferences.

Because all the little roads in the region are covered with asphalt, the success to the beaches going by car is easy and needs only a few minutes. The only 2 things that I would change are the comfort of the bed (it was very hard), and switching the two twin beds from the master bedroom with the view & bathroom with the larger bed that was in the back bedroom. We just ended up sleeping in the back bedroom with the larger bed. We still enjoyed our time nonetheless. I hate to even mention these two things because they were so minuscule in the grand scheme.
