These apartments are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. A cleaning charge of $500 will be imposed if smoking occurs in the units.
It is a corporate ruling that NO PETS ARE BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES. NO fish cleaning in apartments.If smoking/fish cleaning does occur a charge of $500 will be imposed to cover cleaning costs. You are requested to leave the premises in clean, tidy condition. You will personally be responsible for the payment of any extra cleaning costs, replacement or damage occurring as a result of your stay in our units. Dirty dishes will not be washed by the cleaners. ALL PERSONAL RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED BY TENNANTS and deposited in the garbage bins upstairs at the end of the car park. All food must be taken out of the fridge/freezer and placed in the garbage bins. You are responsible to clean and remove your own personal food and grocery items.
An extra cleaning fee of up to $70 will be incurred for the removal of personal belongings and the washing of dishes. Cleaning rates are $70 per hour.
